About the home

Located on the first floor with breath taking views. A spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, shower room, incorporating washing machine.

Large lounge with American style kitchen equipped with all you need. Satellite TV. 2 Comfortable sofas.
Breakfast on the large terrace ,watching the sunrise, chill with a glass of Vino watching the Sun go down ,0r .just relax and soak up the rays.

Aircon is operated by a coin metre,giving you 2.5hrs for 1 euro.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is renowned for the fantastic climate. it´s very unusual not to be able to get out and about because of weather conditions. Being on the beach the ever changing sea is a joy to look at.

The main bus route runs close by and buses are available to places like Mijas, Torremolinos and Malaga. Look at web sites of the local area to get as much information as you want.

The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Marina area

If you are familiar with Benalmadena you will appreciate how popular the Marina area is. Plenty of things to do during the day, apart from the beach.

Take a boat trip from the Marina, rent a jet ski, take a ride on the tourist train. Visit Sealife and experience sharks and sting rays up close.

The Exhibition centre is just behind the apartment and nearly always has something interesting to look at and the entrance is normally free. At night time the port area and 24 hour square are alive with young and old alike. Eating, drinking, listening to music and just soaking up the atmosphere of Spanish night life.

If you prefer a quieter drink or meal try the attractive Plaza Olé which is behind the apartment, you will experience a friendly welcome from Jackie & Malcolm in Buddies. They are neighbours as well so can advise you about the area.

10-15 mins from malaga airport. Airlines fly into malaga from all over the world, the new terminal has opened in march 2010.

The apartment can be reached by train to benalmadena then a short taxi ride, taxi direct from the airport or hire a car from the many companies operating from the airport.

“Fab location” It was a very comfortable apartment, excellently equipped with everything you could possibly need. The apartment was very secure and in an excellent location. The location was quiet and peaceful, but it was located not far from everything you could possibly need. We did not arrive until late evening, and Helen had very kindly left in water, bread, milk, butter, cheese, tea, coffee and beer, so we did not have to venture out. We picked up the keys from Jackie at Buddys bar which is in the square at the rear of the apartment. Buddys was a great place to have a drink in the evenings and Jackie and her husband lived in the apartment next door and were available if we needed anything. The balcony was large and very private, it overlooked the beach and the entrance to the marina. It had a table and chairs but also had sun loungers, complete with cushions.There was also a sun canopy for those who wanted a bit of shade and it got the sun from early morning until early evening.

“Wonderfull” Lovely bright and spacious apartment. You couldn't get a better view, right on the sea front with great big balcony. Every thing you need in this apartment and a few minutes walk to shops and bars. ( great location ) Lovely neighbours too, jackie and malcolm from buddys bar

“Perfect Location” Gary picked us up from the airport and told us know where to eat and places to go which was so helpful. Could not wish for a better location. Only downfall was the air condioning did not work.

“right on the beach with exellent neighbours” hired this apartment it has lovely views of the beach gets the sun all day,the neighbours malcom & jakie are fantastic,the apartment is very quiet and safe it has most things you need for self... more
