Casablanca is a stunning newly built four bedroom villa in a private gated community situated in the Puerto Marina area of Benalmadena. Situated just 15 minutes from Malaga airport, minutes walk from the marina and beach and its many excellent bars and restaurants and all of the many other attractions Benalmadena has to offer this villa really is in a prime location.

Finished to the highest of standards and luxuriously furnished throughout, a stay here will be nothing less than outstanding! On entering the villa the stairs lead down to a spacious and bright lounge and dining area with a large log burner as a stunning centrepiece. The lounge area is absolutely perfect to sit and relax during those nights in when you just want to catch up on some television or watch a Blu Ray DVD. A laptop is also provided and WIFI is included in the rental rate. The surround sound system allows you to play your own music and you don't even have to get up from you seat on the terrace to do it. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area where eight people can comfortably sit and enjoy a superb meal should cooking be your thing on holiday. The fully equipped kitchen ensures that everything you require to rustle up that meal can be found.

The bright and airy lounge is made possible by the large patio doors that lead onto the fabulous outside terrace which overlooks the pool & garden. Relax on the terrace furniture sipping a nice cool drink, or perhaps your party would prefer to have a BBQ outside on those balmy summer nights, the outside 8 seater table will easily accommodate your needs and is adjacent to the kitchen for convenience.

Upstairs in the villa you will find three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and has been beautifully finished. The master bedroom has an adjacent bathroom comprising of bath, shower, toilet, bidet and a vanity unit which has a door separating it from the bathroom itself.

The remaining two bedrooms upstairs are a twin and double bedroom and have plenty of wardrobe space. These bedrooms share a bathroom comprising of bath/shower, toilet, bidet and sink. There is also a balcony which can be accessed directly from the twin room or hallway, which overlooks the pool and has stunning mountain views.

Moving downstairs through the villa you arrive at the fourth bedroom. This double bedroom has its own shower room and toilet. The utility room is also on this floor as is the games room which has a large table and eight chairs perfect for card games or board games and the ideal room for kids to relax out of the sun.

The lounge terrace leads out onto the grassed area & pool terrace. The heated (in winter) pool is perfect to jump into when the sun is just getting too hot or even in winter when its not.

There is a garage with space for two cars as well as street parking and there are also bikes available to rent. This villa is not only fabulous throughout but its location makes it perfect for those who just want a quiet break away from it all or for those who want to be able to explore the local nightlife whilst away.
