This superb 1 bedroom apartment with seperate kitchen & bathroom with bath & overhead shower is clean & modern & is located in the popular Agata Complex in Arroya de la meil. The apartment is situated on a corner on the 2nd floor and gets morning sun. There is a side sea view
There is everything you would need in the apartment to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The very beutiful Paloma park is 5 minutes walk away & it is just a 10 minutes walk to the beach.
There are many affordable bars and restaurants to choose from in the area with the very popular Bonanza square a short walk away. There is a large Supermarket & many shops nearby..For families there are theme parks, including water parks, go-karting, safari parks Paloma Park is just 5 mins walk away with its lake, roaming wildlife cacti garden, children's play area. There are cafes to sit relax and take in the beautiful scenery For the younger visitors the main areas are Benalmadena Puerto Marina, 24 hour square, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus Friday morning is the main market day in Arroyo and is situated close to Tivoli World, and the Teleferico which takes you by cable car to the summit of Monte Calamorro There are Birds of prey shows and other attractions to see there.On a clear day you have great views over the coast of Africa.

Beautiful maintained Garden with 2 Swimming pools manned by lifeguards..There is a charge for sunbeds but you can sit or lay in the gardens and still use the pools for free! There is a 24 hr English speaking reception complete with security cameras for well being. There is a telephone to contact the reception and receive incoming calls.

The gardens are fully enclosed and secure with a coded pass need to gain entry. A security guard is present in peak season. There are 2 snack bars serving affordable drinks and meals

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol has something for everyone whatever their tastes. Benalmedena is just 15km from the main airport of Malaga. Benalmedena is a tourist hotspot especially popular with the British many who have settled there. Great for the family holiday, short stays, and Golfing. There is the fabulous Tivoli World for the kids,The cable car takes you to the top of the local mountain where there is a display of birds of prey.On a good day you will get the views of the whole of the coast.

The Benalmadena / Arroyo de la Miel area

Arroya de la Miel is situated between the mountains and the sea. The Andalusian villages of Benalmadena and Mijas are both only a short drive or bus ride.Bus stop right outside of the apartments.There are many great golf courses in the area. The Colomares Castle is worth a visit, Fuengirola Zoo is a short train or bus ride along with 2 waterparks and a crocodile park in Torremolinos. There are many attractions such as the local ice rink / swimming pool. The fabulous Paloma park is a 5 minutes walk away packed with its roaming wildlife you can cool down at one of the cafe bars situated around the park.There are bicycles for hire There is also the Selwo dolphinarium situated just across the park, lots to see and do here. There are wonderful squares such as Bonanza and Mosquito, packed full of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. For families there are theme parks,water parks, go-karting, safari parks and for the younger visitors the main areas are Puerto Marina, 24 hour square, and Torremolinos, Fuengirola,Marbella & Puerto Banus. Take a train into Malaga and visit this beutiful city with its magnificent history winding streets and little tapas bars. Or for the more adventurous get train links from here to Granada, Seville and Cordoba. Whatever you want to do there really is something for everyone!

“A well-equipped clean apartment in a convenient location for all amenities.” We were pleased with the apartment which had everything we needed. It was clean and well equipped. Good cheap supermarket 1 minute down the hill. Apartment block reception always staffed and was clean and welcoming. Ceiling fans were silent which we have never had before and plenty of windows to open as on a corner. Booking was easy and emails answered promptly. So easy to catch train from airport and walk to apartment at minimal cost. We had occasion to contact the agent for something and he was at the apartment within 4 minutes. Thank you. “excellent apartment ideal location” Hi Steve and Elaine just wanted to thank you ever so much for the rental of you fantastic apartment . as a family of five it was brilliant value for money,staff were extremely helpful, pools weren't too crowded and gardens beautifully maintained,it was easy to locate due to your ongoing communication, location was ideal just a few metres from the bustling bonanza square,tivoli world,cable car and selwo marina. The beach was just a short walk away and the apartment itself was clean and modern and equipped with all those little extras that otherwise we would have had to take with us. “Lovely apartment” We have just got back from staying here and had a lovely time. the apartment has everything you need and the pool and gardens on the site are fabulous. It is really well situated, really close to a beautiful park, supermarkets, bars and the beach. Also, a bus stops outside which can take you to Mijas, a lovely mountain village. We had a problem with teh card to get into the pool area half way through the holiday, and Steve the owner sorted it out in super fast time. I would def recommend, it. “Marvellous” The apartment was extremely comfortable, well equipped and in an excellent location. Having owned and stayed in the complex many times over the last 20+ years, I found this apartment to modern and very well maintained. Communication with Steve the owner was prompt and concise and very helpful. Had a problem with the washing machine door, however after contacting the agent in Spain, this was repaired within hours, an excellent and very friendly service from 'Joe and the lads'. Have recommended this apartment to family and friends who no doubt will use it in the future. Thanks Steve for the use of your apartment, greatly appreciated by all the family.
