A luxurious marina-front apartment on the top floor above a lively promenade with stunning views. It is located on the front of the beautiful Benalmadena marina which apart from its opulent surroundings of yachts and beautiful architecture also offers plenty to do for all the family with a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs - 24 hour square, a club hotspot is also a short walk away. On the marina exciting fishing trips as well as other activities are also offered. The spectacular view can be enjoyed while sitting and dining on the large, unique balcony. inside is an airy fully equipped, newly refurbished open plan lounge with a TV and another dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry room also entail. The master bedroom comes with an en-suite and small balcony . Second bedroom with twin beds. Additional guest shower/bathroom . There is more available space above floor - A small apart/studio self contained , if needed.

You can expect temperatures to be between; 8C - 16C in January, 12C - 21C in April, and during the summer months June, July, and August 21C - 29C.
The apartment is a stones throw away from the beach, and within a short drive away are casinos, golf courses and all water and theme parks the Costa Del Sol is famous for.

The Benalmadena / Benalmadena Marina area

In the marina, Sealife, the aquarium allows you to enter an astonishing walkway under the sea. Numerous restaurants, bars and shops aline the area, but a little further afield is Puerto Banus and Marbella and Fuengirola if eating and going out is what your after. Countless golf courses for the dads and even more beaches, two amusement parks Aquapark ,Tivoli world, Fun world, the famous Parque de las Palomas offering its magnificent natural surroundings and activities such as watersports, fishing trips and horseriding are all available for all the family within reasonable distance.
Mijas, just 10-15 miles drive. Mijas has steep, narrow white-walls, a typical Spanish old town. A lazy afternoon can be spent strolling through the town, or at the appetizing restaurants and bars, and maybe a donkey ride?

“excellent” lovely appartment, with views to die for, only downside was when you went to bed at night, the noise from the club and bars that open to early hours can wake you up with people coming out of there, but this will not be putting us off going again to this appartment .
