We try to be flexible in this, however we need enough time for a proper cleaning of the accommodation.

Check in: After 17:00 PM (or sooner after consultation with the owner)

Check out: Before 10:00 AM (or later after consultation with the owner)

A 30% deposit must be paid to secure any dates.

The other 70% of the payment is required at least 6 weeks before arrival.

Also an additional refundable breakages deposit of £400 is required upon arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Benalmadena Costa is an excellent location for a family holiday or golf breaks on the Costa del Sol! We are an easy drive from Malaga Costa Del Sol Airport also known as Pablo Ruiz Picasso Airport.

You will be in an ideal location to visit the Alhambra in Granada and beautiful local towns such as Mijas, Ronda. Don't miss a visit to Malaga to visit the Picasso Museum, sample tapas and Malaga sweet wine!

Within a short drive are local shops, restaurants and many tourist facilities. Visit Puerto Marina and the Sea Life Centre in Benalmadena, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World, and Torremolinos for the Aqua Park and Crocodile Park.

For golfers there is the 'Costa del Golf' - to name a few nearby clubs: Torrequebrada Golf, Valderrama Golf, Benalmadena Golf and Mijas Golf.

we stayed at Casa Mian in July 2014 for 8 days there were 4 adults and 3 children , the villa was clean and tidy and Francisco was marvelous, there is also Jesus who cleaned the pool every morning and… More

"Absolutely stunning private luxury villa overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, set in a beautiful garden"

This was the first time to book a villa. The whole process of booking was faultless and very professional. We stayed in this luxurious villa for 10 days in June 2013 with a large family group. The owner was very helpful and suggested professional Airport transfer companies who were also helpful and easy to deal with.
Upon entering the grounds of this secure private villa, we were stunned by the fantastic views overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, providing a high level of security complete with beautiful garden with a large swimming pool. The garden gives the area a peaceful setting with the gentle sounds of small birds welcoming you to Casa Mian. The location is ideal to get away from it all, although the the busy resorts with nightlife are easily accessible via taxi or train. There is a taxi rank within 10 minutes walk from the villa and a train station within 15 minutes walk, although car hire may be best for some, if wearing evening wear, or restricted mobility.
Taxi fares are around 12 Euro to nightlife and 6 Euro to local Supermarkets/train station/local pubs (the train fare is 1.45 Euro to nightlife). Andalucia has many old towns well worth a visit and can easily be accessed from here.
The villa is finished to a very high standard, with a fully loaded kitchen, large laundry room, multiple bathrooms and sitting rooms, wi-fi and satellite tv, it just oozes quality through-out. Faultless really. The pool was large and very clean, providing views out to sea while swimming. We never used the sauna room or the separate villa with full bathroom, kitchen, large bedroom and lounge area with views out to sea.
I know I shall use this stunning villa again. Thanks for the perfect setting and the use of your stunning villa! See you soon.

"superb views,palatial home"

I was there April 2013 with a group of friends. You need a car. The way to get to the house, at the top of a hill, is through a private road and a gate, which makes the area very private.
It takes 5 minutes to go up the hill by car. The views from the house are just incredible!. Faces the Mediterranean sea. When sitting at the manicure loan, there is a calm and peace, you think there is no other person in this world. The house looks modest from the outside, however it looks like a palace from the inside. The master bathroom is gigantic. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Very cozy TV room. There is an apartment outside of the main house, just 2 minutes walking, for someone who wants to be even more isolated.
We did not use the pool because the weather in April still cool, however looks great to be in the pool while looking at the sea.
