This apartment has everything you need to enjoy your break in the sunshine. It is good space for four people having comfortable lounge seating for 5 and a dining table and 4 chairs on the enclosed terrace. This terrace enjoys morning sun. There is a ceiling fan in the lounge.
There is a nice bright kitchen and both bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms with baths and showers. The twin bedroom is accessed from the entrance hall and the double bedroom from stairs leading off from the lounge. The apartment has a safe and there are fans to keep you cool. An added bonus with this property is the large roof terrace which gets the sun all day until late afternoon, an ideal place to top up your tan, relax and read your book and afterwards enjoy some "al fresco" dining. The local market is held every Friday on the car park opposite the apartment, no place better to get your local produce.
The apartment is located very close to Paloma Park which is a wonderful family area with chickens and rabbits roaming freely. There is a small animal area with goats etc., boat sailing, pleasure bike riding, play areas and a couple of cafe bars. It is always a pleasure to visit Paloma Park, there is something for all the family to enjoy.

The kitchen is well equipped with full oven and 4 ring electric hob and washing machine.
The lounge has some English speaking television channels and a DVD player. The lounge has a ceiling fan.
There is an enclosed terrace off the lounge with a dining table and four chairs. This terrace has sea and mountain views.
Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with a bath and shower above.
The apartment has a safe and there are free standing fans in the bedrooms.

There is a secure car parking space which can be seen from the apartment windows accessed through security gates.
The pool and garden area is open June to September 11am until 8pm.

Although this apartment is marked as smokers welcome smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. We ask our smoking guests to use the outside space and thank them for their co-operation.
Travel cots, pushchairs, high chairs, sun loungers, beach umbrellas, cool boxes, fans are all available for hire. Enquire about rental costs.

Bed linen and 1 bath and 1 hand towel provided per week for each guest. Beach towels are not provided but are available for rent at a cost of €2.50 per guest per stay.
About this location
The Andalucia region
The Costa Del Sol is pretty much an all year round weather resort with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. There are plenty places of interest to visit or you can just relax and unwind. Malaga, Seville, Granada, Cordoba or the Sierra Nevada mountains in the winter for skiing are all within easy travelling distances by car or train. The famous Rock of Gibraltar is only an hours drive away.
Benalmadena is split into three areas being Benalmadena Pueblo the old Spanish style village, Arroyo De La Miel the busy town area where you will find the train station and Benalmadena Costa, the beach area.
Benalmadena Pueblo has a quiet pace of life with white washed Spanish houses and a lovely square which is an ideal place to stop and have lunch. The church is worth a visit and outside has stunning views down to the coast. The local bull ring is here too.
Arroyo De la Miel is a much busier area with shops and restaurants. Tivoli World Amusement Park is in Arroyo and this is where they hold one of the local Friday markets. The cable car runs from here and at the top you will be rewarded with a falconry display.
Benalmadena Costa is the coastal area where you will find the world famous Puerto Marina.

Please Note: This apartment is next to the area where the fair is held for the celebration of San Juan and although good fun (you will get to see the locals enjoying themselves) during the week including 23rd June it will be very noisy. The fair goes on until dawn. Please be aware of this.

"Excellent modern apartment in perfect location, not to be missed"
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, the apartment is on the second floor which is served by a lift. Excellent views from both the balcony and roof terrace. We travelled with a two and a four year old daughters, the walls are just below chest high on the roof terrace, and the windows on the terrace can be locked at partly open position. Bedroom windows do open inwards fully so it down to parents to make safe, which can be easily done by lowering the outer shutter to a safe position, stair gate is a must if travelling with very young children due to the stairs having openings slats and a gap in between on the corner bend. We hired a safety gate which was too small for the stairs but managed to make it work by using books and a piece of wood which stopped our two year old. Nigel and Ann were excellent during the booking and airport pick up and drop off. If a safety gate is available which fits then this apartment is a must for all families and if you have no children, then I caught believe you haven't already stayed here. Will definitely stay here again soon.

A stunning apartment in an ideal situation in Benalmadena. Residential mainly, so not surrounded by your usual Costa holidaymakers! Quiet and near the beautiful central park. An ideal position as just 10 mins walk (uphill) to the main shopping area and town restaurants, 10 mins (downhill) to the seafront and 30 mins walk to the lovely marina and all its restaurants (there is a bus)
Will be back...shame it's not available in the winter months, would love to be there for a long winter let!

"great accomodation in a super location for all local attractions"
Good clean apartment for 2 couples. Fitted out with averything you could want. Welcome pack was a nice surprise. Sunny patio area a real bonus for morning sunbathing and a bit of afternnon shade. UK television, DVD player CD player and washing machine all came in handy. This is the best accomodation we have found in Benalmadena in 10 years of visiting.

"An amazing apartment - very quiet and relaxing"
I travelled with two teenagers and the weeks we were there it was mostly spanish families that were there. They didnt make any friends by the pool which was a shame. There was no noise at night so a greats night sleep was guaranteed. Also there were no small children screaming and running around sunbeds so it was very enjoyable. The pools were spotless and there was a life guard on duty every afternoon. There were no sunbeds by the pool unless there were sunbeds in the apartment.

Very well appointed and spacious apartment, furniture and furnishings very clean and comfortable. although it was on an incline between the fantastic seafront and the town the cheap buses were right outside. we are oldies 70,s and found it very easy to get everywhere, the park opposite is superb .plenty of eating facilities closeby. will be back next year. Maybe a taxi number might be useful in bad weather.

We had a 9 night stay in this apartment in august and loved every minute! Could easily have stayed longer. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is located within easy reach of the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and the train station. Highly recommended.
