A holiday in my flat offers you a perfect location for the beach and the park. No need to hire a car as all the facilties and close by. The flat has stunning sea and mountain views and an opportunity to stay in a beautifully decorated and designed apartment.

My flat is newly refurbished designed with contemporary high quality fittings and very comfortable.The flat is very bright,sunny both morning and afternoon with great sea and mountain views. The flat is on the 3rd and top floor and is accessed by a lift from the first floor.

It has 115 sq. meters and is over 2 floors. The main bedroom with a double bed and bedside tables and lamps,a bathroom with shower, salon with dining table and chairs for 4 , and comfortable seating , kitchen on the lower floor with a decent sized terrace overlooking the park and the nearby mountains.There is a Tv which shows some english, french and dutch channels

Upstairs there is a large studio room with a span of 8.5 meters glass extending into a roof garden/terrace and overlooking the sea. Here are 2 twin beds which can be zipped up into one large double bed.There is also a very nicely fitted shower room with a view of the sea. You can go to bed and hear the waves and enjoy the sunrise.

The kitchen is fully fitted and contemporary designed and it has a window again with a sea view and it overlooks the horizon and the sailing boats going by.

The flat sleeps 4 and I am afraid this is a non smoking household but obviously feel free to smoke on either of the 2 terraces.

Pueblo Quinta is a very prestigious apartment complex built in the Andalucian style. The Pueblo has a communal pool which has a life guard.The gardens are very attractive in a tropical style.

It is a 2 minute walk to the sea front and a one minute walk to the main entrance of the Parque de la Paloma.The Park is very pleasing to stroll round, with cafes and a lake. Rabbits, chickens stroll around the park aswell.

There are shops very close by, within a minute you can buy all the basics and 4 minute walk to the closest supermarket.

Within 20 minutes walk you can walk to the old village or catch a bus outside. The flat is very well appointed for public transport and only 10 minutes from Malaga airport.

Booking Conditions

A deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before the arrival date. It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance at the time of booking in case of cancellation. A security deposit will be required of £300 against breakages, the return of the key and the flat being clean and tidy at the end of the holiday.The balance and will be refunded within 14 days of your stay.

Beach and pool towels are not provided. Maid service is available if you wish to pay for a mid holiday clean.

The flat is cared for by someone who lives on the complex who is available to answer any queries. The flat is a non smoking house and we do not allow pets- sorry.

The Andalucia region

Benalmadena, 10 minutes away from Malaga airport, is very well known for its 5 miles of sandy beaches with many sporting facilties available for hire and boasts one of the largest and busiest marinas in Spain. It provides the visitor with the opportunties to participate in fishing trips, sight-seeing trips, shopping or to just relax in one of the many restaurants and bars.

It is a beautiful Andalusian coastal town and has an excellent climate with over 300 days of sunshine per year, constantly mild temperatures.

Benalmadena has many amenities to make a holiday enjoyable for all tastes.

Dircetly from the apartment is a promenade which takes you to the Puerto Marina, the Art Centre and Exhibition Gallery. Close by is the Tivoli World Theme Park at Arroyo. There is a cable car available which takes you to the top of the local mountains and provides fantastic views of the countryside and coastlines. There is also Selwo Park nearby which is a sea aquarium with dolphins.

""Everything you could ask for""

We are writing this review a lot later than we should have done really. We actually stayed here back in October 2010 but the dates would only go back so far. From walking into the apartment you felt at home. There was only two of us staying at this time so we had plenty of room, but even with more people staying there is plenty of room for all to have privacy and space. Set over two floors it is a bit like staying in two apartments. the main ground floor has an amazing kitchen with everything you could need to make a meal as you would at home, even with some supplies in the cupboards replaced and unopened by previous guests (we left the wine rack full when we left) a really nice touch as though leaving it as it was found clean and ready to holiday. The most amazing breakfasts were had on the lounge balcony overlooking the park. A great place to start the day and watch and listen to Spain waking up, sheltered and warm and private also. A huge selection of books are there to browse through and a TV/DVD if you wish. This floor has a double bedroom that we made into a dressing room during our stay. Up the spiral staircase to the second floor you are greeted with warmth and light, the full outer wall comprises of sliding glass doors onto a very large sun terrace which we spent most afternoons and early (cocktail) evening times watching the sun fade over the sea and beach. Again the upper floor is very private and you really feel as it were on top of the world and away from everything, a great place to read or listen to music. The double bedroom and wet room made for very lazy morning again sitting up with the first cup of tea and looking out to sea. The apartment is as stated right opposite Paloma Park, a huge vast purpose built community park created about 15 years ago now (we watch this being created). The park is filled with all manner of wild life and after breakfast we would walk and find "waffle" our adopted rabbit to give him his slice of toast, by the end of the holiday he was quite at home and always on the look out for you at the same time of day. The park is an amazing place to while a way part of your day and time flies as there are so many little walkways and wildlife to watch round the huge pond/lake in the middle, a real child pleaser if you don't want to travel far. Centrally located to the beach, restaurants and plenty of free parking right outside the apartment it is in the perfect position. Very handy also for long strolls down the front to the numerous cafes / tapas bars on the way. If you want to see Spain in a different light and not the typical "package holiday" feeling then this place would be for you. If you haven't been to Spain before then this is a great starting place. Other places to visit are the harbour, Mijas, Benalmadena village, Fuengirola Zoo (not a fan of zoos and it took us a few years to visit but plucked up courage to go...... probably the best animal park you could visit and very well maintained) . You are also in easy reach of Malaga, Puerto Banus and Marbella. Car really is essential to get the most of the area but you can fill our time just as easily without. If you need any help while you are staying here Pepita the lovely Spanish lady who looks after the Apartment for Aristos is close to hand........ Go on give it a go........ we are again in October this year!!!
