The villa has its own separate guest accommodation/teenage suite. Suitable for a large family or families sharing as the guest accommodation can be used for nannies etc.

Outside, the property benefits from three separate balconies as well as the master bedroom's own private balcony.

The large barbecue area which has seating for eight people is accessed from two pairs of double doors from the main living area.

The pool has an extensive patio with further seating for six people as well as eight sun loungers. There is a private garden area as well as a floodlit play area. The villa is very private, quiet and secure with electric gates.
