Home description
A large white traditional villa with stunning views. The villa is in a very quiet urbanisation overlooking the sea. It has a guest apartment consisting of a studio with en-suite and its own terrace. The main villa has five bedrooms, three of which have private terraces. They consist of two twins, two doubles and a single. There is a fitted kitchen, utility /wash room, three bathrooms and two lounges, one of which is 30ft x 13 ft leading to a covered terrace. There are an additional five terraces which receive the sun all day long. A 700m stroll down the hill will find you on the fantastic beach, where there are bars, shops and restaurants. There is a good bus service to Malaga or Torre del Mar. There are also two golf courses, Anoreta and Baviara, horse riding, karting and scuba diving at nearby Torrox.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The costa del sol is the sunnyest part of spain, having some 325 days of sunshine every year. It has fantastic beaches, superb local cuisine, beautiful hiltop white villages and miles of tranquil olive groves and vines. It also boasts the highest mountain in mainland Spain, which is just to the north in the Sierra Nevadas. The fantastic fortified city of Al Hambra also nestles in the high Sierras next to Granada. Built by the Moors over a thousand years ago this magnificent fortress was the last stronghold of the Moors in Spain. Between November and April the Sierras also offer Skiing at Sol e Nevre. All of this is just a two hour drive from Malaga over stunning mountain scenery.
Benajarafe area
Benajarafe is a fishing village 18 kms east of Malaga city. The catch is landed on the beach daily and distributed around the bars and restaurants to be eaten as fresh as can be. There are two superb golf courses both within ten minutes of the village. there is horse riding, go-karting and scubba diving along with all the usual water sports. There are miles of trecking in the hills not to mention the skiing in the mountains two hours away. The town of Nerja is 30ks along the coast. Here you will find the Caves of Nerja which are a must visit. the largest column in the world can be found in these caves which also host ballets and other performances.
How to get there
Fly to Malaga, cheap flights are available from most uk airports. Benajarafe is a fishing village on the coast, 25 km east of Malaga airport. A taxi from the airport should be no more than 40 euos. Alternatively hire a car at the airport, drive east along the new motorway (Autovia del Mediterraneo) heading for Motril, until you get to the tunoff for Benajarafe, junction 272. Folow the road right down to the beach then turn left . Drive for 4kms, keeping the sea on your right. The villa is on the oldest urbanisation in Benajarafe called, La Sirena which is left just after the Cajamar bank and is number 78.
