The main upstairs part of the house has fabulous views of the coast from a very large terraced area. Also covered patio areas, dining table & chairs to dine al fresco and plenty of sunbeds on the various terraces. A BBQ is provided. There is also a garden with planted shrubs and fruit trees. The main patio leads through glass doors into a spacious lounge area with corner unit, satellite TV and fireplace. Through a large arch accesses the fully fitted kitchen and dining area. There is a large master bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom, and downstairs, a second large double suite. A fabulous indoor pool, with full length sliding windows and extensive terraces with sunbeds.

The property is furnished in a modern and comfortable style with a spacious lounge area with flat screen tv for relaxing in the evenings. The fitted washed wood kitchen has ample facilities and a larger than average fridge/ freezer . The dining area can seat 6 people comfortably as can the outside dining area with BBQ.
The abundance of patios and terraces, ensures that there is enough space for everyone and those wishing to chill can always find their own little corner . Pick aromatic fresh lemons from the lemon trees in the patio garden.
The pool can be enjoyed all year round. In the summer, the glass windows can be opened out straight onto the sunbathing terraces and there is also plenty of space around the pool to relax in the cooler shade. In the winter the pool can be heated on request.
There is private parking and a garage if required. Entrance phone and locking gates to ensure total privacy and security.
Across from the villa is a lovely designated green area, again adding to the relaxed, quiet nature of the local area.
The property has two entrances, so if it is a group of friends is staying you can always have your own space. One of the large double bedrooms has its own mini kitchen and seating area and can be separate if required.

There are gardens, terraces and patios located on three sides of this lovely property. The patios have plenty of sunbeds, shades areas, BBQ and there is covered patio with table and chairs and fabulous sea views for dining alfresco. This is located next to the kitchen for easy access. The swimming pool (not heated unless requested) is located indoors, but has sliding glass doors along one side which opens out onto a large sunbathing terrace. The pool is an integral part of the property so is therefore private. The length is approx 7x3.5m. The depth is approx 1.5 to 2.2 metres. There is a large relaxing/seating area with table and chairs located next to the pool and a shower.
Bookings are per week and from Saturday to Saturday in main season unless other wise arranged, This is flexible in all other months.
Arrival time is after 5pm and departure time is before 10 am.
A security deposit is required on arrival of £150/150 euros and is returned in full at the end of your stay as long as there is no damage or breakages.
Central heating available on request (Nov - March), charged by usage of oil.
Cot and high chair available on request free of charge.

Only those on the booking form are permitted to stay at the property and this is a maximum of 6 persons plus baby unless other wise advised. All clients must ensure that they also have their own holiday insurance.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is reknown for its year round sunshine, long hot summer days and mild, sunny winters.
The whitewashed villages of Frigliana, Sedella and the more cosmopolitan Nerja, are all worth a visit . Full of charm, character and moorish history remnant from the original settlements of the Arabs and Moors. The culture and cuisine refelct this influence in beautiful flavoured and aromatic dishes, great tapas and the more traditional Spanish cuisine. Nerja is very cosmopolitan, has an abundance of very good taps bars , restaurants and hops. The " Balcon" is where to sit and relax with a coffee and admire the beautiful sea views and scenery. Burriana beach is a large, clean , picturesque bay with water sports and the famous " grand paella" must be sampled! Frther along the coast there are plenty of cove with crystal clear water, and in Maro some very ancient caves to visit.
Malaga is no to be missed, nly a short drive from the villa. The cathedral is spectacular and the old quarter with it s cobbled streets, flamenco guitar players and abundance of tapas bars, really show the real Spain. Malaga is also geat for shopping, the PIcasso museum, the Gibalfaro Castle and amphitheatre, beaches and wonderful long promenades.
Torre del Mar is the nearest main town and has again , a lovely promenade with an array of fish bars, coffee shops and ice cream parlours. Also international cuisine and some lovey shops. A huge shopping centre with multi complex cinema, and hyper market is also a short drive from here to Velez Malaga and opposite the centre is a very good water park.
Andalucias historic delights, Ronda, Granada and Cordoba are all an easy day trip from the villa. In Marbella and Puerto Banus you can sample the high life with fabulous restaurants on the Marina and wander along the quays admiring the magnificent yachts.
Flamenco and horse shows are available revealing the true passion and energy of Andalucia.

The area has beaches, countryside, cosmopolitan and tradition, shopping, tours , something for everyone. However, you can always choose to stay in the comfort of the villa and relax by the pool in total chill ot mode. The choice is yours!
Benajarafe grew up as a small peaceful , fishing village, delivering the catch fresh onto the beach each day. Not much has changed. It is still relaxing and unspoilt but a lovely promenade with lined palm trees, now enables you to walk along a 10 km strech of beach. There are small play areas for children and showers on the beaches. The local area has an abundance of good tapas bars and local restaurants and the beach bars offer local specialities and fish dishes usually caught fresh that day!. There is also an excellent fresh bakery, small supermarket , bank, chemist, local butchers etc.
Only 2kms away is horse riding on the beach and a Go karting circuit for those feeling a little more energetic.
The property is ideally situated to explore this lovely area of Andalucia. To the East is the thriving coastal town of Torre de Mar with excelelnt restaurants, shopping and long promenade. Also Nerja and its caves, Torrox Costa , and the busy town of Velez with aqua park , golf course, shopping complex etc are an easy drive.
Malaga and it old historic quarter, Picasso museum, beautiful Cathedral and roman amphitheatre are a short drive to the west. Further along the coast is Benalmadena marina for boat trips,fishing, eating, beaches,shopping and further along to Fuengirola. Cosmopolitan Marbella is approx 1 hour and Gibralter/Ronda under 2 hours.
Torre del Mar and Malaga both have summer festivals or "ferias" which are a delight to watch and certainly bring out the crowds.
The property is well located for transport, there is a bus service close by which runs along the coast if you do not wish to drive.Taxis can also be ordered.
