The master suite has a king size bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower. Two twin bedrooms share a second bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, window shutters and vanity mirrors. Living area includes a vast open plan lounge with leather couches, complete home entertainment system, 42” plasma television with full Sky package, DVD player, hi-fi with CD player and iPod dock. One of the sofas can be converted to a full-size double bed. The living room leads to a large dining terrace.
There is an indoor dining suite and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and blender. Adjoining utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. Air conditioned throughout. Upstairs is a stunning 107 sq metre private rooftop terrace with contemporary dining furniture, corner seating, loungers, built-in barbecue and cocktail fridge.

The apartment is set in the prestigious Gazules del Sol development with exquisite landscaped gardens, five on-site swimming pools, fully-equipped indoor gym, paddle tennis courts and infant pool with lifeguard in the summer months. Your private rooftop terrace offers over 100 sq metres of space with built-in barbecue, cocktail fridge, luxury sun loungers, corner seating area and two outdoor dining suites.

The apartment has a full climate control system with air conditioning for summer and heating for the winter months. Every Orange Tree guest is provided with a welcome pack including tea and coffee, fresh milk, orange juice, wine, bread, local cheeses and ham, fruit, pastries and a range of kitchen and housekeeping essentials. Bed-linen, robes, towels including pool towels and a hairdryer are also provided. There is free, secure wireless internet throughout the apartment. Each has two dedicated parking spaces in a secure underground car park with easy lift access. The apartment is suitable for families with small children - a travel cot and high chair are available. Please let us know the ages of any children at the time of booking. There is also a secure storage room for golf clubs, pushchairs, pool inflatables and bicycles.
Accessibility
The apartment is accessible by elevator from an underground car park and all living and sleeping areas and dining terraces are on a single level. However the larger rooftop terraces are accessed by a stairway with handrail and would not be suitable for wheelchair users.
Conditions
A 20% non returnable deposit is taken on confirmation of your booking. The balance is due one month before your arrival date. Please be advised that we take a 300 Euros damage deposit at this time, which is returned within 7 days of check-out.
Bookings usually on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis. Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 10:00. On-site facilities available for rest of departure day. If you prefer a different check-in day/time please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The Costa del Sol region


A good sized supermarket is situated just outside the gates of Gazules del Sol so all of your essentials can be picked up conveniently just a few hundred yards from the apartments. Atalaya Golf and Country Club is within walking distance. The golf course, restaurant and bar are open to guests. Also within walking distance is an Argentinian Grill restaurant and bar which is recommended by ourselves and previous guests.
10 minutes by car - Puerto Banus.
Renowned for its sparkling marina studded with multi-million dollar yachts, Puerto Banus also boasts a kilometre-long beach. These golden sands have transformed this traditional Spanish fishing village into a magnet for discerning international visitors.
Like any retreat for the rich and famous, Puerto Banus has more than its fair share of pubs, clubs, restaurants, world-class shopping and casino facilities. Designer outlets line the main streets but there are also a profusion of more traditional Spanish shops and boutiques. The premier Spanish department store El Corte Ingles and the Marina Banus Shopping Centre can also be found here.
Puerto Banus nightlife is as good as it gets and holds a world-class reputation. The glittering array of cocktail and wine bars around the Marina and seafront are known as the Muelle Rivera. You can party from dusk until dawn or opt for a quiet drink and delicious tapas. The Sierra Bermeja Mountains tower over the north of the town and an excellent selection of golf courses are scattered within a 10 kilometre radius. These courses are among the best in Europe and help make Puerto Banus one of the world's top golfing holiday destinations.
15 minutes by car – Marbella.
This vibrant town has much to offer year-round and has become home to a constellation of rich and famous residents. Marbella is a dream getaway with beaches, restaurants, shops and great leisure facilities including some of the finest golf courses on the planet. No wonder people flock from all over the world to holiday and live in this vibrant and exciting town.
5 minutes by car – Benahavis.
A mountain village 7km from the coast, situated between Marbella, Estepona and Ronda. Renowned for its restaurants and dubbed the dining room of the Costa del Sol, it is above all a picturesque place with incredible mountain and sea views.
Boasting 12 of the Costa del Sol's 70 golf courses, rising to 15 in the coming years, it is also THE hotspot for golfing fanatics.
5 minutes by car - San Pedro de Alcántara.
Sandwiched between the glitz and glamour of Marbella, the natural beauty of the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and the tranquil town of Estepona. An ancient farming community, once famous for sugar cane, today San Pedro is a refreshingly unspoilt pueblo with an appeal all its own. Be sure to head for the central plaza with its charming parish church and surrounding narrow streets, packed with intriguing small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars.

The Costa del Sol's most westerly town, about 20 minutes by car from Marbella, at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountains. Originally a fishing village, Estepona caters mainly to Spanish tourists and has a welcome shortage of high-rise hotels. It has a more authentic atmosphere than many other towns on the Costa with typical Andalucian whitewashed houses and balconies decorated with flowers.
The Benahavis area

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this luxuriously appointed and tastefully furnished penthouse apartment. My wife and I travelled with our four children, ranging in age from 7years to 19years old, and each and every one of us loved it! The full and comprehensive Sky TV package was gratefull received during the hottest part of the day and in the evening and the fully appointed gym proved popular as did the tennis court on site. The sun terraces in the actual apartment were wonderful and the loungers extremely comfortable. Towels were plentiful and the beds very comfortable with the air-conditioning through-out a real bonus as temperatures climbed all day and into the evening. The apartment's free wi-fi was also a big bonus with the Facebook generation amongst us! The complex has multiple swimming pools scattered through-out - all cleaned daily and life-guards were available and on duty each and every day. One minor complaint was the lack of sun-beds around the pools - but that wasn't a major problem. Perfect location making a day trip to Gibraltar very easy to do and all the attractions of Puerto Banus and Marbella were only a very short trip by car away, once we found our bearings. In fact Gazules del Sol was the perfect starting point to explore the sights and delights of the surrounding area at our leisure. The roof-top BBQ was also a fantastic plus-point and we used it almost every night to watch the sun go down while we dined al-fresco. Booking accomodation was painless and hassle-free and the personal touches included a pick-up and drop-off service at Malaga airport which proved invaluable, and a substantial welcome pack including coffee, tea, milk, bread, ham, cheese and bottles of wine chilling in the fridge on our arrival. Gemma (the local accomodation manager) was very friendly and went out of her way to help us with any minor quibbles and was available on the end of the phone at a moment's notice. The local Argentinian Restaraunt was absolutely fantastic and only a short distance away and we would have no hesitation in recommending it. We would also have no hesitation in recommending this penthouse apartment and hope to return next year again. |

All went well with our holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in your apartment. The apartment was great, with the penthouse terrace fantastic and well used in the excellent weather. We found the apartment very well furnished and equipped and you are very generous with the welcome pack etc
Gemma from the property company was also very helpful and welcoming.
It is difficult to think of suggestions to improve the experience, the only thing we could come up with is that some apartments we have stayed at in the past have provided beach/pool towels which was good. (we now provide pool towels)
Once again I have to say it was one of the best apartments we have stayed in over the years in the Costa Del Sol and hope to be in touch with you again in the future for a return visit.

We have had a fantastic holiday. The Penthouse was amazing we would definitley return. Had some lovely meals out in Benahavis and went in to Marbella old town. Weather was really good considering it was late October. We will recommend to all family & friends. Hope to re book again soon
