About the home

Las Mozas is located a short walk from the centre of the traditional white village of Benahavis, with its excellent choice of bars and restaurants. Beautifully peaceful, yet only 15 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus, the apartment is ideal for a relaxing getaway. Its country location also makes it perfect for those who like walking and/or cycling.

The apartment benefits from a shared pool, and the lounge opens onto a private balcony, with stunning mountain views, and is complete with barbecue and furniture for alfresco dining. With one double and one twin bedroom the apartment is ideal for families. However, with two bathrooms, it is also flexible enough for a party of friends. As it is situated at the heart of the Costa's best golf courses, it is also a perfect haven for golfers.

The lounge is spacious and opens directly onto the balcony perfect for warm summer nights.The balcony is complete with a BBQ and has superb mountain views.

The apartment is on the second floor, with a lift which takes you from the secure underground parking, directly to the front door - easy access and stress free unloading!

The pool is exclusive to Las Mozas residents and guests and loungers are available. It is situated in the centre of the complex in mature gardens.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa Del Sol boast an all year round mild climate with over 300 days of sunshine. There are more than a dozen top class golf courses in the immediate area - with a number being just a 5 or 10 minute drive.

As well as the beach resorts of San Pedro, Puerto Banus and Marbella the historic town of Ronda is a short drive away perched on a ravine.

If you crave a touch of home on your holidays then Gibraltar gives you a taste of England , including great duty free, and can be reached by car in 45 minutes.

The Benahavis / Las Mozas area

Benahavis is ideally located for all the amenities the Costa Del Sol has to offer. Equidistant from Malaga and Gibraltar means that transfer and duty free shopping are a mere 40 minute drive away.

The village of Benahavis offers unrivalled culinary delights with over 18 restaurants which offer great food,a wide choice of cuisines and all at a reasonable price - even with a high Euro!

The village also caters for children with a park, closely located to the apartment, and a large public swimming pool and café a few minutes away, which is open to visitors during the Summer. Located next door to the public pool is a golf driving range which can be used by all for a small charge.
