Benatalaya boasts a truly stunning situation with panoramic views from the large terraces of the Atalaya golf course and the coast down to Gibraltar, and from the other side to Marbella and beyond to the mountain “La Concha”.
It is surround by three prestigious golf courses of Marbella, namely El Paraiso, La Alqueria and Atalaya, situated on the front line of the latter Benatalaya is located in the new golf valley of Benahavis. Benatalaya has easy access to the toll-road, and is only 10 minute drive to the beach as well as to the typically Andalucian village of Benahavis All in all this makes Benatalaya a fantastic place to stay all year round.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Puerto Banus with its famous marina, restaurants and designer shopping. Marbella Town- a shoppers paradise. The typically Andalucian Old Quarter of the town is packed with interesting places to visit as well as an array if places to eat adn drink. Along the many traditional whitewashed narrow streetsis the famous orange square and there can be no better place to drink coffee and watch the workd go by. San Pedro with its safe, sandy beaches and beach front promenade is only five minutes away. Further inland the quaint mountain village of Benahavis provides many great restaurants with spectacular views.
Also well worth a visit are Istan, Ronda and Mijas all offering fabulous views and excellent restaurant facilites. Cancelada is also a favourite for restaurants-literally 2 kms along the road.Slightly further a field but well worth the drive are the cities of Seville, Granada and Cordoba, full of history, culture and venues of interest to all.
Gibraltar is only one hour's drive along the coast with its caves, apes, cable car and tax free shopping.
Benahavis / Benatalaya Golf area
Coast/Beach The apartment is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area. Coastal towns of Puerto Banus, Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona are all within a 15 minute drive.
Golf The Costa del Sol has a climate to suit golf all year round. Benatalaya overlooks Atalaya golf course and is adjacent to La Alqueria and El Parasio Golf Valley. Within the area are also La Quinta, Marbella Club, Aloha Golf, Las Briasa and many more.
How to get there
Fly to Malaga Airport then a 40min drive which is very straight forward once you leave malaga airport. We tend to fly BA or Monarch both of these airlines offer a great service and compettive rates.
We use Avis as our Car Hire company they are not the cheapest but the most efficent, take car when booking through very cheap car hire compaines as you will have to wait atleast an hour in peak season to get your car.

Kitchen: The ktichen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Living Rooms: The living area consitis of a large light, airy lounge dining room which has 2 large sofas, dining suite to sit 6, CD player and satellite TV and patio doors on to the terrace. Other: There is underground parking for 2 cars and storage for golf clubs in garage. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Linen and towel (excluding beach towels) are provided, provided and can be changed and cleaned weekly by arrangement.
Further details outdoors: Large terrace with table and chairs it also has 2 sofas and 2 loungers. There is a kettle barbecue. This all looks onto a shared pool. There are 4 pools in total which can be used by guests staying at Benatalaya. In addition to this Benatalaya has a spa facility wihic consits of a hydro pool, gyn, jacuzzi and sauna which available to those staying at the complex.
