Brand new stylishly furnished first floor apartment in a gated luxury development of just 36 apartments and penthouses in a peaceful countryside location with direct views across Los Arqueros Golf Course, the beautiful Andalucian countryside and the sparkling Mediterranean.Less than fifteen minutes from the beaches of the cosmopolitan towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus, this development is perfectly located to enjoy every aspect of the Costa del Sol lifestyle.

The large open plan living area includes comfortable seating and dining for 4-6, and a superbly equipped luxury kitchen with Siemens appliances.The master bedroom, with King sized bed, has an en-suite bathroom with WC, Jacuzzi bath, power shower, and twin hand basins. The twin bedroom has a separate bathroom with WC, twin hand basins and walk-in power shower. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Large patio windows lead directly from the sitting area onto a spacious balcony, with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Here are stunning views over the hillside and Los Arquerosgolf course to the sea. On a clear day you can see Gibralter and North Africa.

Ocean Pines is set on a quiet hillside away from the madding crowd! There are two pools, one in the gardens below the apartment, and another indoor heated pool in the spa area with sauna and Jacuzzi. Above the spa is an enormous sun terrace with spectacular views.

The Costa del Sol region

Spain's `sunshine coast' is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations. With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, it is perfect as a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people.

Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucía, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy!

The Benahavis / Ocean Pines area

Close by are the beaches of San Pedro and PuertoBanus, plus several golf courses including Los Arqueros, La Quinta and Los Naranjos. The local supermarket is open long hours, and there are larger hypermarkets in nearby towns. Restaurants abound – in all the local towns and villages, and Benahavis Gourmet Village is a short car ride away. Lively nightlife is found in Puerto Banus!

Geographically designated as part of Benahavis, Ocean Pines is a mere five minute drive from the local Spanish town of San Pedro, with everyday amenities including restaurants, a Thursday market and beaches.
PuertoBanus is but a 10 minute drive away, with its marina, yachts and stylish shopping.

Marbella is a 15 minute drive, with its quaint old streets and Orange Square, ideal for a casual drink or a meal.
Benahavis, a mountain village known as The Dining Room of the Costa del Sol’, is a short drive with its myriad of restaurants along the winding streets and cobbled square.

There are two easy routes to Gibralter, using the coast road or the new tollroad, with access close to Ocean Pines. (This is also handy for airports of Gibralter or Malaga.)

Fly to Malaga or Gibraltar.British Airways, AerLingus, Easyjet, Jet 2, Monarch, BMI Baby and others all fly into Malaga. Ocean Pines is a mere 40 kms, 35 minute drive, along the new motorway.
Ocean Pines is situated close to Los Arqueros Golf Course on the C339 road to Ronda.
An airport bus runs every hour non-stop to Marbella Bus Station. Taxis are outside.
