This stunning contemporary Mediterranean villa is set in an elevated, position with amazing views. On entering the villa you are met by a hall which is the full height of the villa with a marble staircase. This dramatic entrance is enhanced by the views through the floor to ceiling windows in the vaulted dining and living area with fireplace and double height picture windows which, when opened and allow the outside in.
Continuing outside is a covered dining area set beside the pool, which when lit up at night gives a wonderful outside dining room with a fantastic back drop of the night lights of Marbella. The panoramic views from the vaulted open plan living area enables you to view the sun and moon rising looking out towards the sea.
Dining areas outside each double door window allows you an eating space for different times of the day with differing views. There is a large kitchen with separate utility room and fabulous contemporary bathrooms throughout.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The region of Benahavis is one of beauty, with its rural feel, yet close to all amenities of shops, restaurants and Puerto Banus for night life and wonderful clothes shopping. All the local towns have a market each day of the week and the beaches are easy to get to.
Both the Toll road and the coastal road are within 5 minutes drive which gives you easy access to the most southern point of Europe in Tarifa with its golden beaches and blue seas being only 40 minutes drive. Kitesurfing is also a must in Tarifa together with horse riding on the beaches at night.
Seville is only 2 hours drive and is the most beautiful of cities to visit. Marbella is just 10 minutes drive and the Orange Square and old Marbella are the most exquiste places to visit with narrow streets and squares full of restaurant.
Benahavis / La Resina Urb Puerto Del Almendros area
La Resina Urbanization is one of beauty, the urbanization has been kept in the rural style with the roads edged with native shrubs. This native mountain has remained one of natural beauty and the villa has the advantage of being set in an elevated position giving great panoramic views both day and night.

There are local shops just 2 minutes from the villa, with an Opencor which has everything you need and restaurants and bars located in the vcinity .
How to get there
Malaga Airport is 8 kilometres west of the city of Malaga and is the main place of arrival for the region. The airport is next to the main A7 coast road that links to the AP7 Autopista.
Many international airlines offer regular scheduled services to Malaga, as well as numerous charter companies. The Spanish state owned national airline, Iberia is Spain's major international carrier. Monarch from Manchester/Birmingham Jet2 from Leeds Bradford British Airways from Heathrow. Easy Jet from Liverpool, Birmingham and many other UK airports These are but a few, as flying from the UK to Malaga is very easy.
There are also many car hire companies based within Malaga airport - Hertz, Crown, Avis, Europcar are to name but a few.
The villa is a 40minute (71 kilometres) drive along a very good toll-road (AP7). It is also possible to fly to Gibraltar as this is only 45kms from the villa.

All modern utensils and tableware.
Living area is open plan, 3 settees, glass top low level coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player. The dining area has a large glass top dining table and seats 8. Both living and dining areas have glass French doors opening on to the pool and patio area.
Crisp white bedlinen is included and the property is cleaned once a week with bedding being changed. White towels and coloured beach towels are also included. More cleaning can be arranged if so desired by the client.
Further details outdoors: The pool, which is set against the house and outside dining area, in an L-shape, has steps leading from the patio area where the sun beds are located amongst a tropical setting formed by the garden.
The garden is situated all the way round the villa, with a fountain outside the front door, parking to the entrance side; the lawn is to the back of the property and the pool and patio area to the side. There are tangerine and lemon trees in the garden. The garden has a very contemporary feel with white pebbled areas around the shrubs in contrast with the green grass.
There is a car port, remote-controlled entrance gate and pedestrian gate, landscaped garden with automatic irrigation, night-illuminated swimming pool. The garden and pools are regularly maintained.

Within 24 hours of your enquiry we will respond and indicate the availability of the villa and the cost. Reservations can be held for 7 days while you arrange your flights and the 25% deposit is received by us, with a completed booking form. Reservations will be cancelled if the deposit is not received in 7 days. Once deposit is paid, a receipt is forwarded. The balance is payable in full, no later than 8 wks before departure with the £350 deposit for damages. UK cheque or bank transfer only.
