This luxury apartment at Las Terrazas on the Los Arqueros golf and country club resort enjoys panoramic views over a championship golf course, designed by Seve Ballesteros. A spacious south west facing terrace overlooks fantastic manicured fairways and views to the Atlas Mountains across the Mediterranean. Set amidst the foothills of the Sierra Blanca mountains, just inland from the famous Puerto Banus harbour (10 mins drive) and the sophisticated resort of Marbella (15 mins drive).
The apartment faces south west and the terrace and pool area is in the sun from mid-morning until late in the evening. It is at the very top of the country club and as a result is very peaceful; with no traffic noise and a gentle breeze to reduce the effects of the heat (this area typically has sun for over 300 days a year).
The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated with a large terrace leading out to spectacular views of the golf course, with outdoor eating and lounge area. There is 24hr security, private underground parking with an alarm, safe and video entry phone. The lift is adjacent to the reserved parking space and the communal swimming pool is exclusively for residents only. There is also free Wi-Fi access in the apartment.

The Lounge:
The lounge/dining room is fully furnished to a very high standard, including Bose surround system, sat/TV (42” Plasma), DVD, and a facility to connect an iPod or other MP3 player. There is a library of good & trashy books (!), excellent DVDs and CDs available for your use.
Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a leather super-king bed (2m*1.8m with very high quality mattress) fitted with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, beautiful curtains and genuine oil paintings. There are plenty of cupboards and drawers together with a safe for valuables. A Bose sound system with remote is linked to the main system and can play music independent of what’s on in the lounge. The luxury en-suite is fully fitted with bath, shower head, bidet, wc and twin vanity unit, mirror, hair dryer and facial sauna, finished with marble walls & floors. Doors lead from the bedroom onto its own private sun terrace.
Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom has a super king-size bed with (2m*1.8m with very high quality mattress) fitted with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets, beautiful curtains and genuine oil paintings, fully fitted wardrobe and a balcony. The bathroom is fully equipped with shower unit and wc, vanity unit, hand basin and mirror, finished with marble walls and floors.
Kitchen:
The apartment has a luxury designer fitted kitchen with granite worktops and includes a Bosch fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, espresso machine, smoothie maker and juicer.
Terrace:
The apartment has a large south-west facing terrace with far-reaching views to Africa and Gibraltar. There is a six-seater dining table, with lovely matching outdoor sofas and chairs. Large pot plants and an electric sun awning complete the experience.
Further details outdoors:
Los Arqueros is situated on the A376 Ronda road in the foothills of the Sierra Blanca mountains, a 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport (most of it being on the E-15 motorway). San Pedro de Alcantara is 5 minutes away, a typical Spanish town with unspoilt beach, lovely palm lined promenade with a variety of restaurants and a weekly market. Local supermarkets are a short drive away offering a large range of essentials including a good selection of foods and wines.
The golf course was built to enhance and respect the beauty of its surroundings; it boasts an 18-hole par 72 championship course, driving range, club house, restaurant, gym, squash courts, sauna and tennis. There is a swimming pool for residents only.
If golf is not to your taste, just minutes away is the fashionable harbour of Puerto Banus, studded with yachts, restaurants and many designer shops, a perfect place to spend your holiday. You can enjoy the beaches, crystal clear turquoise seas and some lovely villages to explore.
The Costa del Sol region


Gibraltar-60 minutes away is a good place to see especially, or you can pick up a ferry to Tangier (Morocco, Africa) from the nearby Algeciras. You can enjoy sun trap beaches, crystal clear turquoise seas and there are picturesque villages to explore, the historic & beautiful town of Ronda being just 45km away with its Ancient Bull Ring, Arab Baths and its spectacular views and breathtaking gorge is also well worth a visit.
The picturesque, white-washed town of Mijas is 30 Minutes away, slightly inland with panoramic views of the coastline where you can take a horse drawn carriage through the streets.
The larger city of Malaga is 45 minutes (Within 2½ hours you can enjoy excellent snow skiing at Sierra Nevada or visit Cordoba, Seville or Granada on a comfortable day trip. Sailing, walking, horse riding, cycling and all water sports are also available close by.
The Benahavis area
The apartment is less than ten minutes drive from the famous Puerto Banus marina where you can sit in one of the many restaurants and admire the luxury yachts, maybe even spot a few celebrities or sample the dazzling nightlife and designer shops.
Fifteen minutes drive takes you to the cosmopolitan Marbella with its quaint old town, picturesque Orange Square and plenty of designer shops for you to browse!!
10kms along the Ronda road is the turning for Sierra De Las Nieves – Reserva de la Biosfera – an unspoilt protected nature reserve for walkers and bird lovers.
