Luxurious 2 bedroom high end, fully furnished apartment overlooking 2 golf courses near Valderama for weekend/week/long term rentals.

The apartment has beautiful views overlooking the sea and two first class golf courses in the Los Flamingos estate. It is fully furnished with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, sky TV and benefits from the use of three
swimming pools, tennis courts as well as underground car parking.

Finally, the Los Flamingos estate has excellent security and is about only about 2 kilometres from the beach.

Situated nearby is a five star hotel. It has first class amenities, and in particular, has a world renowned SPA treatment comprising exotic, opulent and dramatic experiences with wide open spaces, pure natural light, cocooning havens, relaxing and purifying steam rooms redolent of India and Bali.

The Costa del Sol region

Andalucia is famous for its historical sites and moorish connection.

The location has 300 days of sunlight a year with average annual temperatures of 16/17 degrees centigrade in December, January and February to 28-30 degrees centigrade in the summer months.

The town of Estepona has all the usual amenities including a bank, shops, medical facilities and restaurants. The apartment has the advantage of being situated in the same estate as the Ritz Carlton (Villa Padierna) Hotel. This means that visitors have the option of a self catering holiday or dining at the hotel.

The Benahavis area

There are excellent restaurants in the area and this location is a golfing paradise with over 50 golf courses which are within close proximity to the apartment. You can enjoy water sports, horse riding, hiking and interesting excursions.

There is an enormous amount to do. Suggestions of interesting places to visit are shown below. You can enjoy water sports at many locations on the beach and we would recommend a visit to Tarifa where you can rent boats, undertake jet skiing, wind surfing, horse riding and hiking.

Alternatively, you can visit various street markets in the nearby villages, go to a flamenco show, experience a bullfight or go to a safari or aqua park with younger children. There are excellent restaurants in the area and this location is a golfing paradise with over 50 golf courses which are within close proximity to the apartment.
