The photos can not capture the essence of what makes this place special but I guarantee when you get there you will be blown away with the view from our terrace and the high quality finish to the apartment and it's grounds. It has a large terrace with a sea view like no other. A beautiful pool is less than a minute's walk from the apartment and another five pools across the complex are available to use. The complex is very quiet and people respect your privacy so you may have a pool to yourself at times!
The apartment sits on the edge of the mountain with clear front line ocean views. The terrace faces an amazing sea view that looks out beyond Gibraltar to Northern Africa. A spacious apartment with lots of outdoor area that is secluded most year round.
The apartment directly overlooks several golf courses: El Paraiso, La Alqueria and El Campanario and a further 11 courses are in the immediate vicinity, including the prestigious La Quinta, Las Brisas and Guadalmina courses.
With an open plan living area and large terrace this is the perfect property for socialising and relaxing. The fantastic choice of 5 pool areas offer views over the mountain whilst you swim with equally beautiful garden settings as a back drop.
The apartment looks so much better in real life than in the photographs, all the guests that have stayed at our apartment over the years have loved it, it's a high quality finish with luxury specification, it's furnished with Bo Concept furniture and it's has lovely surroundings, until you get there you won't know how nice it is!

The apartment is spacious and allows privacy between the bedrooms.We have air conditioning and underfloor heating installed to suit all seasons. A large outdoor terrace can be used to dine and socialise, they is an amazing view of the sunset and high quality garden furniture to eat or relax.
Both bathrooms have marble walls and floor, underfloor heating and highest standard specification. There are built in wardrobes in both bedrooms for maximum storage. The living area has high quality Bo Concept dining table for six with can be extended for eight people. The leather chairs to the table offer comfort and a suspended light pendant allows intimacy for any dinner parties you may have. The L-shaped sofa in the lounge allow ease and comfort whilst watching dvds or satellite tv on the large plasma screen, alternatively you can listen to cds or your ipod on the stereo provided.

La Hacienda del Senorio de Cifuentes is a luxury complex built to the very highest standards. It lies within 90,000m2 plot with a further 50,000m2 green zone to ensure total privacy and tranquillity. The low rise blocks lie within landscape gardens with a total of six pools and are oriented to the best advantage.
La Hacienda is totally enclosed and has a security guard on its single access gate.
Our apartment is situated on the ground floor, has a large terrace to the back with the ultimate view and a grass
area infront which is quiet. The apartment is less than 1 minute from one of the swimming pools, it isn't unusual to have few people using the pools at any one time so no overcrowding.
At the rear of the apartment the 50m2 terrace is shaded from the sun. Immediately to the front of our terrace is a grassed area which allows for unobsrutucted sunbathing. Shared only by one other apartment block. This area has a small retaining fence to avert young children from wandering off the edge.

The Costa del Sol region


Literally translated the name means the "sunny coast", and it doesn't disappoint! With over 300 days of sun a year it is hardly surprising that it is one of the top UK holiday destinations. Whilst the sun is a major attraction, there is a lot more to the Costa del Sol than relaxing by a pool.
The area boasts the birthplace of Picasso, a wide variety of wineries and olive presses, not to mention a whole host of theatres, museums, exhibitions, and shops. The landscape is also a stunning feature of the area with everything from mountains to prehistoric caves! All this and much, much more awaits you in the home of Flamenco!
The Benahavis / La Hacienda del Senorio de Cifuentes area
Benahavis is in perfect harmony with the colours of the surrounding mountains. Situated between Marbella, Estepona and Ronda, is the most mountainous municipality in the western Costa del Sol, distant only 7km from the sea. At an altitude of 160 m above sea level.
It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or to enjoy its wonderful gastronomy. The leisure opportunities that this village offers are numerous: from an excursion to one of the Natural Interest Monuments of Malaga province, like the spot known as "las Angosturas", to a walk to the Fuente del Moro (the Moor's fountain.
Hacienda del Señorio de Cifuentes, situated in the centre of Costa del Sol on Benahavis-Costa, "The new Golf Valley". This development is situated between the three more important "Municipios" in the Costa del Sol: Benahavis, Estepona and Marbella. Benahavis is the new Golf Valley of The Costa del Sol in the municipality of Benahavis, between Marbella and Estepona municipalities. The world famous Puerto Banus is just minutes away, Benahavis is typical white Andalusian white village with a reputation of fine dining. Within a radius of only a few kilometres of La Hacienda there are no less than 14 golf courses - including some of the best in southern Spain.
As well as golf, Benahavis-Costa is well-served by shopping centres, restaurants, fitness centres, sports clubs and of course, as the name implies, beaches.

Areally nice apartment in a very quiet location,but with easy access to all areas, Benhavis, Puerto Baus, Estepona etc, we experienced terrific views of Gib and the Atlas mountains on such clear days, followed 2 days later by the most dramatic electrical storms.Apartment is beautifully appointed,very clean ,with great TV & freeview, close to golf courses, the 9 holes(full size) at the turn off for Los Aqueros is great value 20 euros for twilight easy get round twice.Lovelly swimming pool . Would definately stay again |

We accept payments in GBP or Euros by bank transfer to accounts either in the UK or Spain.
Refundable £200 security deposit required with final balance payment for damages or breakages. This is returned immediately once the apartment is checked after leaving.
