* One is ground floor with direct access to pool the other is first floor with a large roof terrace with stunning moutain and sea views. Both apartments have 2 bedrooms both of which are en suite and each apartment is fully equipped with every amenity.
* Marbella and Puerto Banus, playground of the stars and shopping Capital of the Costa Del Sol, is a ten min drive whilst just a few mins up the road lies the gastronomic capital of the Costa Del Sol, Benahavis - a charming hillside village with an array of renowned restaurants. The wonderous Marbella Club and Monte Mayor lie in the nearby hills above La Cartuja.
*To the south lies Estepona a charming seaside resort a short drive away. Beyond lies Sotogrande withs its Marina and polo fields, Valderama - Europe's no 1 Golf Course and Gibraltar are closeby.
* La Cartuja also lies at the centre of the Costa Del Golf - it's adjoining GolfCcourse at Atalaya hosts the headquaters of the Southern European PGA. Many excellent golf courses are within easy driving distance.

* Fly to Malaga or Gibraltar - Atalaya Golf /Benahavis is an easy 40 min drive from either airport. Directions given on confirmation of your booking.
* Low Cost Flights available from all UK airports to Malaga with most budget airlines. bmibaby, easyjet,, flybe,jet2.com , monarch,thomsonfly.etc There is limited choice to Gibraltar - Monarch and British Airways

*The lounge and dining room has a most attractive fireplace with stunning views to the pool and gardens where the many palm treeswill lend that tropical feel to your holiday.
* On a more practical note the kitchen has an extesive range of units with glass hob and built in fridge freezer
* The untility room serves as a separate laundry area with a new washing machine and tumble drier.
Further details outdoors: * The apartment has an extensive patio leading from the lounge and bedroom areas. Overlooking the main pool and tropical gardens it provides a magnificent setting for al fresco dining.
* Two other swimming pools each with children's splash pool are within the gardens. There are also two floodlit tennis courts one of which is a half sized court with practice wall - ideal for the youngsters or beginners.

* Smoking is aloud on the patio, by the pool and in the gardens but please no smoking within the apartment
* The apartment is ground floor but there are a few steps up to the front entrance and down from the patio area to the pool and gardens.
* A damage deposit of £150 will be required on arrival and will be refunded ( less cost of any damage ) on departure.
