Africa) and is therefore well equipped for spending your days relaxing and sunbathing. Gas BBQ, dining table & outside lounge suite plus roll-out sun blind. 4 houses away is a delightful garden area with a kids & large swimming pool - this area cannot be heard from the house. The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa Del Sol region offers something for just about everyone. Whether you are into sports (golf especially), shopping, eating out, beach fun, nightlife, walking, horse riding, wind and kite surfing - all of these activities plus many more are available in this region.
The main centres of attraction include, Marbella and Marbella old town, Puerto Banus (fantastic marina, designer shops and nightlife), Estepona (large promenade), Mijas and Benahavis (white villages), Gibraltar (duty free shopping) and further afield, Tarifa - know as the second best place in the world for kite surfing.
Benahavis area
La Heredia de Monte Mayor is situated in the hills approximately half way between the coast and the white village of Benahavis. The house is located within the Monte Mayor Country Club which includes the golf course, paddle tennis and regular tennis courts, the Clubhouse - all are available to the public (at extra cost). Nearby is a riding school.
Benahavis is best known for its attractive buildings and many restaurants ranging from simple grill places to 5* cuisine. On the coast approx. 20 mins drive away is a wide choice of beach bars (many continue into the early hours), restaurants, cocktail bars to suit most tastes and budgets.
Estepona is the nearest large town with an attractive promenade overlooking a very clean beach with a number of beach bars. A good market featuring local produce and clothing on Wednesday mornings near the main football stadium. On Sundays, at the port, there is a more tourist orientated market from about 9.30AM until 1.00PM - worth a visit for the market and to see the pleasure craft and local restaurants.

Further details outdoors: The villa is located on a modern development (approx 3 years old) with no further building taking place. It is located in the 5* star Monte Mayor Country Club (see www.montemayorgolf.com for further information and photos) and within easy reach of a multitude of other golf courses. The golf club has a bar & restaurant serving meals from breakfast to dinner (the public are made very welcome) and the Clubhouse is shortly to be replaced (approx. October 08) with a fantastic new facility.
Beach, shopping, restaurants are approx 20 minute drive away with the attractive town of Benahavis and its' superb choice of restaurants also only 20 minutes away.

50% deposit secures your booking with the balance paid 4 weeks prior to the holiday dates. If booking made within 4 weeks of holiday then 100% payment is required. Payments by cheque or bank transfer. A separate deposit of £250 to be paid with balance will be refundable (assuming no problems) by cheque or bank transfer within 7 days of completion of your holiday and/or receipt of keys. The minimum rental period is 1 week with a changeover day on Saturday, check-out 10.00AM and check-in after 4.00PM (please contact if these times inconvenient).
