Benahavis / La Hacienda del Senorio de Cifuentes area
La Hacienda del Senorio de Cifuentes is located in the new golf valley of Benahavis amongst breathtaking surroundings, approximately 10 km from Puerto Banús. It is situated close to the exclusive golf courses of El Paraiso, and Atalaya, as well as 10 more courses within a 10 minute drive. There is easy access to the toll-road and it is only a five minute drive to the typically Andalucian village of Benahavis with its superb restaurants and a ten minute drive to the beach at San Pedro. The main attraction of San Pedro is the central plaza, which acts as a meeting point for the surrounding narrow streets where you’ll find many shops, bars and restaurants. Be sure to visit on a Thursday to bag a bargain at the street market. Walk down the Avenida del Marques del Duero, an avenue lined with palm trees to reach the promenade filled with ‘chiringuitos’ (beachside restaurants), many specialising in fish dishes. If you’re visiting later in the year, you may catch the last summer fair in Andalucia in the second week of October. If elegance and style is what you are looking for then Puerto Banus is just a 15min drive away. Shop by day and dine by night in chic stylish surroundings. You could be forgiven for thinking it is Duquesa on a larger scale in both size of port and marine craft, although here you are likely to rub shoulders with all kinds of celebrities including the titled rich and famous, as it is a favourite stop for royalty of all nationalities. The Playa Levante beach lies north of the town and holds a European blue flag. Very long, wide and clean, the beach offers all the usual facilities. It really is an experience not to be missed, and it’s easy to enjoy a pleasant evening wandering up and down the marina pontoons, and then sit in one of the many bars, watching the world go by. As with Duquesa, Puerto Banús enjoys a beautiful setting, with its stunning mountain backdrop and sparkling ocean vistas. From being a shopper’s dream during the daytime with some of the most famous fashion houses, vibrant shops and boutiques, Puerto Banús becomes a lively cosmopolitan port in the evening, blessed with an abundance of bars and clubs to suit all tastes. The bullring plays host to a popular street market every Saturday morning where all sorts of bargains can be bought. Stalls spread out in all directions offering a wide range of goods, especially antiques. To enjoy a bird’s eye view of the port’s magnificent position, take one of the regular boat trips departing from the central promenade.
How to get there
Fly to either Malaga International airport (approx. 55mins drive) or Gibraltar airport (approx. 1 hours drive). Flights are available from most provincial UK Airports. Car hire is readily available at the airport or a meet and greet service and transfers can be arranged for you on arrival. Further details indoors: Furnished by an interior designer, this apartment has been finished to a very high standard which is both beautiful to look at and extremely comfortable to live in. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors which lead onto a large furnished balcony/terrace. 2 beautifully furnished bedrooms with luxury en suite facilities. Both bathrooms have been finished to a very high specification with marble wall tiles and flooring. The marble flooring extends throughout the apartment together with under floor heating. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobe facilities which provide ample storage space. From the master bedroom, patio doors lead out onto the large balcony/terrace area. Bedroom arrangements: The King size bed in the master bedroom can be separated into 2 single beds if required.
Further details outdoors: The apartments large balcony/terrace has been designed with outdoor living in mind and is beautifully furnished with both lounge and dining furniture so you can make the most of the fantastic panoramic views whether you're dining alfresco, relaxing with a good book, enjoying an afternoon siesta or simply unwinding with a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset. There are also 4 sun beds which you can either use around the pool areas or on the balcony if you prefer a little more privacy. There are 4 beautifully designed swimming pools set amongst lush landscaped gardens with spacious grass terraced areas surrounding them. Walkways and footpaths wend their way through the gardens if you fancy a stroll. There is also secure underground parking facilities which serve the apartment.

Any day changeovers. Minimum stay one week. Apartment is cleaned and serviced after each guest. Linen and towels are provided including beach towels which can be used on the sun beds, but not taken out of the urbanization. Linen changes for stays of 2 weeks or more can be arranged with our local manager at a small extra charge. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Sorry no pets allowed. There are no facilities in the apartment for younger children, but the owners are happy to accept children from 9yrs old and above. To make the best of your holiday, we have arranged for our local manager to meet you at a designated location nearby and escort you to our apartment where you will be shown around and generally orientated to your surroundings. This will incur an additional charge of 25 Euros payable locally, but we feel this is well worth it. Our management company will also be on hand throughout your stay should you need any further help, advice or information. Guests should note that there are steps leading up from the underground car park to the apartment and as this is a new urbanization some building work near the entrance is not yet completed.
