Capanas del Golf is a luxury development located between the Coast and the village of Benahavis - very popular for its array of good quality restaurants.
The development is surrounded by its own golf course and is fully gated with 24 hour security. The grounds have been thoughtfully landscaped and there are a number of pools dotted around, including the beautiful indoor pool, gym and spa.
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and is fully equipped with everything you might need to enjoy your holiday. There are 3 large bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and access onto an outside terrace area. The living/dining room is well appointed and leads onto the large terrace that runs along the length of the apartment & is complete with dining area, comfortable seating area, sun loungers & lovely views.

The living room has direct access to the large terrace with stunning views of the surrounding golf course and countryside.
Kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops and modern appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, washing machine and tumble drier.
The apartment has hot and cold airconditioning throughout and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.
The apartment can accommodate six people sleeping comfortably in three bedrooms.
Master Bedroom - a large bedroom with direct access to outside terrace, fitted wardrobes, superking bed and en suite bathroom with twin sinks, wc, bidet and jacuzzi bath and shower.
Bedroom 2 - another spacious room with small private terrace, fitted wardrobes, kingsize bed and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3 - twin beds with full range of wardrobes, access to a terrace area and en suite bathroom.

Upon arrival at the apartment you will be met by our local representative who will talk you through how everything works in the apartment and generally provide you with any information you may need about the apartment itself and the surrounding area.
Our representative can also provide you with a welcome pack on arrival, especially useful if you are arriving on a late flight, as well as assisting with any requirements you may have from baby equipment hire (bookable in advance), car hire, maid service cleaning, restaurant bookings, excursion bookings and so on.
Conditions
In order to secure your reservation, we take a 25% non refundable deposit. The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer to Spain or via credit card.
Upon arrival at the apartment you will be asked to provide our representative with a 300 euros security/breakages deposit refunded subject to a satisfactory property inspection within one week of departure.
If you arrive outside of our representative's office hours (Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm) a meet and greet fee of 69.60 euros will be payable direct to our representative together with charges for any extra requests you have made (baby equipment hire, welcome pack, etc).

The Costa del Sol, and in particular the cosmopolitan city of Marbella, remain the Mediterranean's most popular hotspots for travellers looking for any type of holiday.
Capanas del Golf is ideally placed for those wanting to play on the course adjacent or tour the golf courses of the Costa del Sol, the shops and restaurants in old town Marbella, white pueblo of Benahavis, the bars and clubs (and people watching!) in San Pedro, Estepona and Puerto Banus, horse racing in Mijas, polo in Sotogrande or even the history and culture of the many traditional towns and cities in the surrounding area: Ronda, Granada Mijas, Casares, Gaucin, Seville - to name but a few.
Gibraltar also has a lot to offer with its historical monuments, tax free shopping, cable car and, of course, the monkeys. Please don't forget your passport though!
There's also plenty to do for the children with cable ski, aquaparks, wildlife parks, zoos, aquariums, theme parks and, of course, miles of beaches!
Coming in the winter? Why not combine your holiday with a skiing trip to the Sierra Nevada - only two hours drive away from Capanas del Golf is a great resort suitable for all levels. You could be playing golf or walking along the beach the very next day!
The Benahavis / Capanes del Golf area
Capanas del Golf is a majestic looking development located just off the road that runs between the Coast and the white pueblo of Benahavis.
The world famous "Puerto Banus" is just a ten minute drive from the apartment - famous for its exclusive shopping, restaurants, yacht harbour and exciting night life.
The traditional mountain pueblo of Benahavis is renowned for its fabulous restaurants and is a short taxi ride away from the apartment.
The apartment is within an easy drive of a vast range of restaurants ranging from beach cafes to Michelin star quality.
There are many beaches located within a short drive of the apartment such as Mistral Beach, Puro Beach or Puerto Banus Beach. There are also blue flag standard public beaches nearby in San Pedro and Estepona.

The apartment is easily accessible from Malaga airport using the new AP-7 toll motorway. It takes approximately 45 minutes drive time from the airport car hire pick up to arrive at the apartment.
