Capanas del Golf is a luxury development located between the Coast and the village of Benahavis - very popular for its array of good quality restaurants. The living room has direct access to the large terrace with stunning views of the surrounding golf course and countryside. Kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops and modern appliances perfect for cooking up some fantastic culinary delights. The apartment has hot and cold airconditioning throughout and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. It is a luxurious apartment with marble floors throughout, contempory furnishings and flat screen TV's with Sky TV and a DVD player.

The development is surrounded by its own golf course and is fully gated with 24 hour security. The grounds have been thoughtfully landscaped and there are a number of pools dotted around, including the beautiful indoor pool, gym and spa.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The Costa del Sol, and in particular the cosmopolitan city of Marbella, remain the Mediterranean's most popular hotspots for travellers looking for any type of holiday.

Capanas del Golf is ideally placed for those wanting to play on the course adjacent or tour the golf courses of the Costa del Sol, the shops and restaurants in old town Marbella, white pueblo of Benahavis, the bars and clubs (and people watching!) in San Pedro, Estepona and Puerto Banus, horse racing in Mijas, polo in Sotogrande or even the history and culture of the many traditional towns and cities in the surrounding area: Ronda, Granada Mijas, Casares, Gaucin, Seville - to name but a few.

Capanas del Golf is a majestic looking development located just off the road that runs between the Coast and the white pueblo of Benahavis.

The world famous "Puerto Banus" is just a ten minute drive from the apartment - visit to enjoy its exclusive shopping, restaurants and yacht harbour.

The traditional mountain pueblo of Benahavis is renowned for its fabulous restaurants and is a short taxi ride away from the apartment.

The apartment is within an easy drive of a vast range of restaurants ranging from beach cafes to Michelin star quality.

There are many beaches located within a short drive of the apartment such as Mistral Beach, Puro Beach or Puerto Banus Beach. There are also blue flag standard public beaches nearby in San Pedro and Estepona.

How to get there

The apartment is easily accessible from Malaga airport using the new AP-7 toll motorway. It takes approximately 45 minutes drive time from the airport car hire pick up to arrive at the apartment.

Most budget airlines serve Malaga including Easyjet, Monarch, Thomson Fly, FlyBe, Jet 2, GB Airways and more!

The apartment can accommodate four people sleeping comfortably in two bedrooms but it also has a sofabed for occassional use.

Master Bedroom - a large bedroom with direct access to an outside terrace, fitted wardrobes, kingsize bed and en suite bathroom with twin sinks, wc, bidet and jacuzzi bath and shower.

Bedroom 2 - twin beds with full range of wardrobes and en suite shower room with wc and vanity unit.

Upon arrival at the apartment you will be met by our local representative who will talk you through how everything works in the apartment and generally provide you with any information you may need about the apartment itself and the surrounding area.

Our representative can also provide you with a welcome pack on arrival, especially useful if you are arriving on a late flight, as well as assisting with any requirements you may have from baby equipment hire (bookable in advance), car hire, maid service cleaning, restaurant bookings, excursion bookings and so on.

Conditions

In order to secure your reservation, we take a 25% non refundable deposit. The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Payments by bank transfer to Spain or via credit card (additional 2.5% banking charges apply to all credit card payments).

Upon arrival at the apartment you will be asked to provide our representative with a 300 euros security/breakages deposit refunded subject to a satisfactory property inspection within one week of departure.

If you arrive outside of our representative's office hours (Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm) a meet and greet fee of 69.60 euros will be payable direct to our representative together with charges for any extra requests you have made (baby equipment hire, welcome pack, etc).
