Ocean Pines is a small boutique development ideal for a relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable stay perfect if you are on your own, with family or a group of friends. The south west facing apartments overlook a golf course with the sea beyond. Making Ocean Pines an ideal location for a golf or summer holiday.
The apartments combine traditional Andalucian design with a smart contemporary interior and include all the modern luxuries you would expect. All of the rooms are fully furnished to a very high standard and are fully equipped with all the modern conveniences that you need for a pleasurable stay.
Ocean Pines is only a few kilometers from many sandy beaches inc Puerto Banus, Guadalmina, Heaven Beach, Puro Beach, Estepona. As well being surrounded by over 30 golf courses within a 30 min drive. If you are looking for more than one apartment then get in touch as I work with other owners to accommodate large parties.
I can also offer house keeping and cleaning services ( any frequency) during the stay and welcome packs( additional charges will apply).
I live on site so can provide any help and assistance during your stay. I also have access to a second apartment so if you find the weeks you are looking for booked please enquire as the second apartment may well be free.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Costa del Sol is well known for it´s fantastic climate as well as long sandy beaches and amazing golf courses. With over 300 days of sunshine per year it makes a perfect holiday destination.
Places to visit include "Orange Square" in old town Marbella and lazy long promenades to take a romantic stroll. If you are looking for a bit more glitz and glammour then the more famous hot spots such as Puerto Banus may appeal, mingle amongst the rich and famous with its multi-million pound yachts, designer shops and top quality quay side restaurants.
A car is essential to enjoy all the attractions in the local area and wider afield.
Benahavis / Ocean Pines area
If you fancy something a little more Spanish then only 5 minutes drive away is San Pedro a very Spanish town with lovely beaches, promenades and a busy, bustling town centre. The famous gastronomic town of Benahavis is 10 mins drive from the apartment, the village has an enormous number of fantastic bars and restaurants.
The historic town of Ronda is a 45min drive away with its breathtaking gorges.
How to get there
Fly to Malaga - Ocean Pines is just 35 minutes from the airport. Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk from most UK airports.

Further details indoors: The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, the master with en suite bathroom. The guest bathroom has a large walk in shower, both have under floor heating. There is air conditioning thorough out both hot and cold. The kitchen has granite work tops and marble floors.. An open planned kitchen design provides a more socialable atmosphere for cooking. The spacious south west facing lounge leads to a large outdoor terrace with fantastic sea, golf and mountain views.
Further details outdoors: The development has indoor and outdoor pools, sauna & jacuzzi. Tropical gardens, plus a very large sun deck area for the best sun bathing. The indoor pool area is enclosed by a south west facing glass wall, which can be folded back to bring the outside in. This area also has a bar ( not stocked) and social area great for meeting friends, especially if you are in a large group.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% non refundable deposit required to confirm reservation. 75% balance due six weeks before your stay. There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access. Underground parking is provided.
