The area of Benhavis is a lovely old spanish village, Benavista is also local with nice returants and bars. Golfers will love this area as it boasts 7 courses within easy reach, there is a driving range 5 mins walk from the apartment. Local fairs and festivities take place during the month of August and the Romeria takes place in October

Places to visit are: The Rock of Gibraltar, San Pedro is a typical spanish village, there are markets every day around the area. There is Tivoli world theme park for the children

Further details outdoors: There are large landscaped gardens, the devlopment can only be accessed through electronic gates, this is monitered by security guards, there is under ground parking for 2 cars, and again is accessed by electronic gates, there is a lift that also gives access to the gardens. The outdoor and indoor pool, spa ect are free to residents, inside the spa you can relax in the steam room or inthe sauna. A life guard is on duty during peak times
