The apartment benefits from being surrounded by the most exclusive golf courses in Spain, Atalaya old and new courses, as well as being just down the road from Benahavis which is famous for its top class restaurants. Nearby are the famous resorts of Marbella and Puerto Banus which offer entertainment and shopping. San Pedro beach is a 5 minute drive away.

The apartment is marble tiled furnished to a very tasteful high standard throughout with A/C cooling and heating. There is secure underground parking (2 reserved spaces) serviced by lift with a secure private storage room for golf gear, bicycles etc.

The Costa del Sol remains the best loved holiday destination and is the most southerly coast of Spain. The Benahavis / Benatalaya Golf area

Benatalaya overlooks Atalaya golf course and is next to La Alqueria and El Paraiso. Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia By car you can reach Los Naranjos, Aloha, Las Brisas and La Quinta within 10 minutes. Torrequebrada, Mijas Golf and El Paraiso within 20 minutes, Sotogrande and Valderrama, (Ryder Cup - 1997, 1999 World Championships) within 40 minutes. There are approximately 20 other golf courses on the Costa del Sol within a 30 minute drive.

It is 5 minutes drive to Benahavis and San Pedro which are typically Spanish towns with lots of lovely restaurants, bodegas, shops etc. The famous Marina at Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its cobbled streets and Orange Square are within a 10 minute drive. Beautiful Ronda nestling amongst the Sierra Blanca mountains with the oldest Bullring in Spain is reached easily within 45 minutes.

“GREAT APARTMENT ON A FABULOUS COMPLEX” We stayed at this apartment before Easter 2012 and can highly recommend the apartment itself and the community it is situated in. It is all very well looked after and secure. The indoor swimming pool and spa area is fantastic as well as all the outdoor pools. The apartment has all the equipment necessary for a relaxing stay including sun loungers and towels to take by the pool and even picnic/coolbag equipment for when you have a day out. Everything has been catered for. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants just up the road in Benahavis and if you want to self cater there is a fantastic supermarket within walking distance. There is also Atalaya Golf Course and Clubhouse just down the road. Marbella, Estepona, San Pedro and Puerto Banus are also close by.

“Luxury rental” We stayed at this apartment first week of May 2012. It was decorated soo tastefully and was immaculate, all furniture and fittings were in perfect condition.The apartment had everything we needed such as dishwasher, well-equipped kitchen, sky tv, dvd, i-pod docking station. It is spacious, light and airy throughout. There is also a large terrace where i enjoyed breakfast a number of mornings looking out at the sea view. The Benatalya resort is very well kept and the gardens and pools were all very well attended to, it is a beautiful resort and felt very safe and secure. We made great use of the spa pool on site and our kids loved it. We thought the apartment was in a really good location, near the lovely village of Benahavis and also near the coast, with great views out to sea. We ate out most evenings in the Benahavis area and really enjoyed El Castillo and Amigos. We also got dressed up for an evening and went to La Veranda at La Paneida hotel. We love trying new restaurants and food so being so near so many really good places to eat out meant we had wonderful meals every evening. It was a lovely holiday and Maureen and the team in Spain made sure that everything went smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to family and friends or rent it again if we were going back to Costa del Sol.
