Sunny Gardens offers something for everyone . Whether you are a family and prefer the freedom self catering offers verses staying in a hotel and being time restricted , or a golfing group as there are many golf courses close by, or if you just want a bit of me time by yourself or with your partner and just want to enjoy the sun , sea and surroundings .
The complex is located just below Benahavis a Spanish village which is famous for its great choice of restaurants. The nearest beaches are approximately 5km at San Pedro and Estepona. If you like shopping then Peurto Banus with its designer stores is 10 minutes away and if you travel a further 5 minutes you will find yourself in the centre of Marbella which is famous for its Golden Mile. The beach front restaurants cater for all tastes and at night the bars are buzzing.
If your preference is just to relax and enjoy all the facilities the apartment has to offer then there is a large Mercadona supermarket across the road from the entrance to the complex.

The ensuite bathroom offers a jacuzzi bath including a leather pillow.
All your home entertainment requirements are also catered for with Wi Fi for internet access and Flat Screen Samsung Satellite TV and DVD for your TV and film viewing .

The exterior offers a private terrace with Al Fresco dining for 4 with views of the surrounding landscape plus the terrace faces on to the apartment private gated garden and through this is the entrance to the outdoor pool and children's pool .
Security - The Complex main entrance is manned 24 hours a day plus the gate is secure and can only accessed using remote device . There is an underground car park with allocated bay which can only be accessed using remote device . The lounge and bedroom windows have electric security shutters .

Security
The entrance to the Complex is secure and can only be accessed using the remote to operate the main gates . Parking is underground and accessed using the same remote , bays are allocated this includes a space for car and also a small storeroom . Access to the apartment is via the lift from underground apartment . There is a security presence 24 7 at the main entrance .
All main apartment windows for twin room , master bedroom and lounge are secure with security shutters operated by internal switches.

The Costa del Sol region


The climate and temperature in Costa del Sol is mostly sunny all year round . Places of interest would be the white villages like Ronda which is an historic town 45 minutes drive from the coast . Along the coast the Gilbratar is something to see and takes about 30 40 minutes to reach. Seville known for its history and culture is approximately 2 to 3 hours drive as is Cadiz thought to be one of Europes oldest cities .
Malaga also has a lot to offer and is a lot closer . Visit the the Piacasso museum or just walk around the city and enjoy the different archaeological remains and monuments from Roman , Arabian and Christian epochs .
The Benahavis / Gazules del Sol area
Marbella's 16 kilometres of microclimate is world famous, known as the California of Europe with over 300 days of sunshine a year, affording it a year round season that caters to everyone's needs.
15 minutes drive is the legendary Puerto Banus. Its fantastic Marina is one of Europe’s most exclusive harbours, with its stunning beaches and varied watersports, superb shopping, exquisite restaurants and it's infamous nightlife. Soak up the Hollywood ambiance from a nearby café and observe the rich and famous, or take a romantic stroll past the million dollar yachts. Head to second line for a long night of partying, or relax in one of the quieter Piano Bars along the front, facing the Marina.
A little further on, visit Marbella's "Casco Antiguo" (Old Town) and wander through the cobbled streets, visiting the lovely boutiques, then sip sangria or local wines in "Plaza de Narangos" (Orange Square). Marbella is a Golfers paradise, with the infamous "Golf Valley" only a few minutes away.
For the children their are water parks, zoo's the crocodile park, sea world, and Funny beach with Go Carting just to mention a few. A perfect location for the perfect holiday.
Estepona is has one of the many beaches nearby approx 10 minute drive . The prestine beach stretches for miles. This lively coastline town maintains the character and charm of a traditional Spanish town . The cobbled narrow streets create a quaint and atmospheric centre that is home to several traditional Tapas bars and cafes . The Marina at the west end of the town is a delight for those looking to meander the boardwalks and enjoy the cafes ,restaurants and later the lively bars .
Estepona is traditionally a fishing town and as such has several historical monuments and features.
