This spacious apartment is in a peaceful location on the outskirts of the beautiful Andalucian white village of Benahavis, yet is just ten minutes’ walk from the village centre. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes drive from the larger resorts such as Marbella, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including many renowned golf courses and the excellent restaurants in Benahavis.

The apartment benefits from its own communal pool. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning mountain views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco, as well as comfortable sun loungers. With one king-sized double and one twin bedroom, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. With its discount for using only one bedroom and an open fireplace, it also makes an ideal retreat for that romantic get away.

The Costa del Sol region

Wonderful climate with over 300 days of sunshine per year. Benahavis is a moorish white village founded in the 11th century. The village is a 5 minute walk away and the hilltop Montemayor castle is a further 45 minutes. All the attractions of the Costa del Sol, including the beaches are a 10 minute drive away.

The Benahavis area

Cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, mountaineering, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, eating and drinking in the excellent restaurants. Cinemas and shopping in Puerto Banus/Marbella. Quad biking & canyoning in surrounding countryside.

Benahavis is a 5-10 minute drive inland, along the Guadalmina River from the N340 coast road near San Pedro. It is an old white village with a Moorish history and is convenient for many attractions nearby, yet a world away from the hustle and bustle of the coast. Follow signs to the village centre at the fountain roundabout on the edge of the village. Take the next right, then immediately left and Las Mozas is on your right. The apartment is accessed through entrance B.
