Set in the communal gardens is a large swimming pool with wide steps down to enter and panoramic views down to the sea.
Los Arqueros is a collection of individual developments all with their own style clustered around the 18 hole Seve Ballesteros designed golf course. For the athletic there is a well equipped gym, tennis, paddle and squash courts.
Golfers can practise their swing on the Driving Range or Chipping and Putting prior to enjoying the challenges of the 71 par course laid out in harmony with the natural setting of this lovely area.
Non golfers can enjoy the "19th hole" at the clubhouse, the panoramic terrace is built into the hillside overlooking the first tee and 18th green and has breathtaking views to the sea.
The excellent restaurant occasionally also features live entertainment during the peak season. There is underground car parking and lift access.

The Costa del Sol region


Spain's `sunshine coast' is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations. With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, it is perfect as a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people.
Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucía, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy
The Benahavis / Los Arqueros area
Close by are the beaches of San Pedro and PuertoBanus, plus several golf courses including Los Arqueros, La Quinta and Los Naranjos. The local supermarket is open long hours, and there are larger hypermarkets in nearby towns. Restaurants abound – in all the local towns and villages, and Benahavis Gourmet Village is a short car ride away. Lively nightlife is found in Puerto Banus!
Geographically designated as part of Benahavis, this lovely apartment is a mere five minute drive from the local Spanish town of San Pedro, with everyday amenities including restaurants, a Thursday market and beaches.
PuertoBanus is but a 10 minute drive away, with its marina, yachts and stylish shopping.
Marbella is a 15 minute drive, with its quaint old streets and Orange Square, ideal for a casual drink or a meal.
Benahavis, a mountain village known as The Dining Room of the Costa del Sol’, is a short drive with its myriad of restaurants along the winding streets and cobbled square.
There are two easy routes to Gibralter, using the coast road or the new tollroad, with access close by. (This is also handy for airports of Gibralter or Malaga.)
