If you wish to have extra guests they will be charged an extra £50 p.w per person.

For holiday bookings,25% non refundable deposit payable upon booking, payable by bank transfer to a UK bank or credit/debit card. Final amount plus £200 refundable deposit required 8 weeks before your holiday is due to commence.

If there is a 5th person staying in the apartment we charge an extra £50 per week.

There is standard 24 hour security and the community is gated so safe for children. Parking is easy as the complex as underground parking with a lift to all floors.To reach the apartment there are a few steps as it is ground floor or use the lift. About 40 meters there is a small pool ideal if you want your own space but otherwise there is a comunal pool also with indoor pool jacuzzi sauna steam room and gym. This apartment has everything inside and out for a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

We bought this property because we believe it is one of the best developments on the Costa del Sol. The property is set amongst 70,000m² of beautiful landscaped gardens with a stunning backdrop of the emblematic La Concha Mountain. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and family-friendly with plenty of spacious grassy areas for children to play and to enjoy picnics. The centrepiece of the development is a stunning large swimming pool surrounded by extensive gardens and sunbathing areas plus five smaller pools. There is also a gymnasium and spa onsite including heated pool several jacuzzis sauna and a steam room. A 9-hole golf course runs around the development. This is a secure, gated development with a security guard. An underground parking space is included with property and a lift to all floors.
