Kingsley Cottage is a perfectly situated and newly refurbished 3 bedroom house new on for May 2014, based in the charming village of St Helens, Isle of Wight.The property is situated just off St. Helens green. The village includes a local store with newsagent and cafe 'The Diggings' , Medical Centre, Tea Room offering light lunches and cakes with gift shop attached, two restaurants Ganders and Dan's Kitchen and a traditional pub The Vine - all family friendly.
Through the door at Kingsley Cottage is a cloak room space, which then leads to a large and open dining area with plenty of natural light. There is a dining table with plenty of seating making it perfect for enjoying family meals. The kitchen is new and includes breakfast bar area, washing machine and access to the garden outside. Also found downstairs is the spacious and light living room. The living room holds 2 sofas, TV, coffee table and a fireplace. There is also a WC found downstairs.
3 bedrooms are found at the property, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The main double bedroom has plenty of space along with TV, wardrobe, bedside table and a chest of drawers. Next to the double bedroom is a new wet room with shower, baby bath, toilet and basin. Also found upstairs is a twin bedroom and single bedroom. Both bedrooms hold plenty of storage and hold views of the back garden making it ideal for children. Kingsley Cottage has a beautiful well kept garden with a patio and decking area. The patio and decking area are new and garden furniture is available to enjoy, ideal for family meals or drinks in the summer evenings.
The Cottage is set on a cup de sac and parking outside cottage is not an issue.
