Kyabram has the feel of a converted warehouse, indeed prior to the railway coming to Bembridge in the late 1800's ships moored up outside Kyabram which is situate in Station Road between Bembridge Harbour and the village. It is a a character-filled property conveniently located in the popular village of Bembridge.
The Accommodation:
Parking is in Station Road outside and the front door is directly off the lane. The front door enters into the hallway with under-stair utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Further on the ground floor is the kitchen / dining room with wood burning fire, door to downstairs cloakroom and a door to back yard / passage,also on the ground floor is the main bedroom with double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, etc. There is a spare Z bed for occasional guests. On the first floor is the main sitting room with large windows and a view of the harbour, further spare Z bed and 2 large sofas, 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (double on the bottom, single on the top) with en-suite WC and basin, the large family bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower unit is also on this floor. A steep open-riser staircase gives access to the attic bedroom with 2 single beds and futon, the attic is only suitable for older children and agile adults!
Kyabram is near to the local village amenities and a short walking distance from the beach, making it ideal for a family holiday. There is plenty in the surrounding area to explore and do with all tastes covered.

Bembridge area
Bembridge is a small coastal village that is located on the eastern tip of the Isle of Wight. The harbour boasts an array of unusual and distinct house boats and the village centre offers a fantastic array of shops and services. Bembridge is home to the Isle of Wights only Windmill which has recently been restored by the National Trust.
Bembridge is a very family-friendly village offering good amentities and sailing opportunities. It has a quiet, clean beach and riding stables offering beach rides. It is a short drive away from the larger seaside town of Ryde offering larger, more varied shops, cinema, ice skating and bowling. A little further a field is the island's largest town of Newport. boasting the Quay Arts Centre and weekly farmers market.

Bembridge Harbour is a very popular sailing venue and boasts two popular Sailing Clubs with both dinghy and keel boat racing throughout the summer. Indeed there is now a lot of winter racing in 'Illusions' (one man keel boats) and scows. During the summer months many visiting yachts come into Bembridge Harbour for weekend visits and rallies.
