Ashmead is a spacious ground-floor apartment with easy driveway parking and pretty gardens to the side and the rear. It is centrally located close to village shops, restaurants, pub and church and is within easy walking distance of the beach and harbour.
It comprises a cosy sitting/dining room that opens on to a sunny conservatory and garden. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer and also a bathroom and separate WC. Off the spacious hallway is the large main bedroom with double bed and bedroom 2 which contains two single beds. Heating is by electric storage heaters and a gas fire in the sitting room.
All linen is provided.
