Both apartments open onto a large private deck that offers a panoramic view of the peaceful countryside, and is just a short walk (less than 5 min.) to shops, restaurants and services in the heart of the village.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Dordogne region
The PERIGORD NOIR is one of the most outstandingly beautiful regions of France. In the valleys of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, close to Lascaux, Sarlat, Beynac, Monpazier and Domme, the PERIGORD NOIR is a stunning blend of prehistoric caves hidden in treecovered valleys, medieval castles dating from the 100 Year War and ancient farmhouses on quiet roads along meandering rivers and wooded hillsides.
The region is perfect walking/cycling and a dream for fishermen and canoeists.

Horseback riding, swimming-pool and tennis courts all offered within the village. Golfing specials available through our affiliation with the LOLIVARIE GOLF CLUB (18 holes) and LA FORGE (9 holes) in nearby Siorac.
Local markets where fresh foods and wines, etc can be sampled and enjoyed are the perfect place to stock up on the area's gastronomic specialities.
The Belvès Tourist Information Office provides maps of the many walks and biking trails available, and has detail of sporting and cultural events in the area.

Welcome pack provided on arrival Golfing specials are available through our affiliation with LOLIVARIE GOLF CLUB (18 holes) and LA FORGE GOLF CLUB (9 holes) less than 10 min. driving. On the large deck nextdoor, facing the spectacular view, the Hostess invites you to discover her many delectable fresh salads and special recipes made from select local products, on sale at the shop with a large selection of products made in the South-West of France (Crockery, paste soaps, colourful linen, walnut oil, wines, etc...)
Conditions
A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats. No smoking except on the balcony Refundable breakages deposit of €500 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 30% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking. Property not suitable for turbulent children (balcony, sloping garden, stairs)
