Charlotte's Honeymoon Cottage
Cottage | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 4
Self contained cottage beautifully crafted with exposed rafters, polished floors, piano, leafy garden outlook and in close proximity to the interesting town of Bellingen northern New South Wales surrounded by river, forests, farmland, waterfalls, ocean beaches. Bellingen holds something for everyone for after all, it is the center of the universe.
My place is so special...every thing brand new and artistically designed creating a nurturing ambiance.

The New South Wales region
The Bellingen valley is green and lush. It is a rural setting with mostly dairy farms and a nearby vineyard. The river is deep and permanent and boating and fishing is common. The surf beaches of the Pacific ocean are 15 kilometers away and offer great beauty and health giving benefit for swimming and walks. Dorrigo to our east sits upon an escarpment where one can visit the rainforest for bush walks. The native wildlife and birds are of interest as is the historical museum centered in the heart of the town where most questions can be answered about our pioneering heritage.
The climate of Bellingen is mild with warm winter days and cooler nights and balmy humid summer evenings.
Places of interest include "The Big Banana"and the Promised Land nestling at the foothills of the Great Dividing Range which encloses the Bellinger River valley. Mutton Bird Island is a place to visit for one to view dolphins and northbound whales. From this point there's a 180 degree view of the ocean and beaches north and south of Coffs Harbour, a haven for ocean going yachts. Fresh fish is a specialty from the Fishermans' Coop there at the Coffs harbour jetty.
