Cumquat Cabin at Easy Street Retreat is surrounded by natural beauty. It borders the Bellinger River and the Bellinger River National Park. It's a privilege to live in such a verdant and biologically diverse part of the world.

Here you can see fireflies, glow- worms, platypuses, brightly coloured parrots and pidgeons, finches and wrens, hear the mournful sound of black cockatoos as they pass and the electric crack of whip birds as they forage. On the riverbank, water dragons sun themselves and freshwater turtles sunbake on fallen logs. Platypus can often be seen foraging in the early morning and at dusk.

Our cabin is fully self contained and is perfect for one person or a couple looking for a quiet getaway or a picturesque staging point to explore the region from the tablelands to the coast.

Everything is provided including a full kitchen with all the bits and pieces you need to prepare and serve meals, bathroom and laundry facilities, TV, radio and stereo, towels and linen.
