It is situated in the beech tourist villa complex. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 7-8 persons. It consist of three bedrooms decorated with massif wood furnitures. Each Bedroom has a balcony with the breathtaking view of the turquoise blue lagoon and mountain backdrop.A peaceful place for SUN BATHING available.

It is equipped with a kitchen with a balcony from which the blue lagoon can be seen or else you can simply dine at the nearby best hotels of Mauritius such as the One and Only Touessrock,Beau Rivage,Le Prince Maurice, Ambre, or restaurants. There is a huge swimming pool with an artificial waterfall,Private garden, private garage and kiosk for BBQ.
In gross, the villa provides privacy and freedom to fully enjoy your stay in Mauritius at an affordable rate.

The Villa is fully equipped. It can accommodate up to 8 person maximum. There are 3 double bed and one sofa bed which can easily be used for 2 or 1 sleeps. Since there is 3 bedrooms, only two of them are equipped with air conditioning and one with a ceiling fan due to certain persons being highly allergic to air conditioning. All the furnitures are made with solid and massif wood. Safe available. From each bedroom, one can enjoy the panoramic views of the turquoise blue lagoon and the wild mountain backdrop. There is a place where the "sun lovers" can enjoy a peaceful Sunbathing. Internet access available,Tv, TV satellite, CD and DVD player, Fans,Coffee maker, cooker, toaster, BBQ, Fridge and freezer, heated bath,Microwave, kitchen table and chairs, Garden table and chairs, fire extinguisher, 24 hour security with infra red alarm system, security guards at the main gate, private garage, free parking.

The villa is available for long term and short term renting. In order to make a booking, please specify the exact date and time of arrival and departure. Please do send an E-mail or simply call the owner for more details.
When reserving the villa, a deposit of 50% of the total amount should be effected.Then the other 50% should be settled once the client is in the villa. When doing payments, receipts will be sent to you electronically and Please do keep a copy( soft-copy or hard copy) of the receipt with you when coming.
Reservation fee is non refundable.

The Belle Mare / Palmar area
Belle Mare is well Known for its Sandy beaches and turquoise blue Lagoon. The inhabitants are extremely kind and helpful. Belle Mare has a rich network of Hotels and restaurants. It is the only place in Mauritius where water sports is most practiced. One can enjoy the tranquility to meditate freely on the beaches. Those who love jogging will really like this place. Ile aux cerfs is a small Island and is only 15 minutes by boat where one can enjoy the golf course, beautiful white sandy beaches, clear calm water and the hot burning sun.
The place is also known for its fishing capabilities, every year there is a "regate"( sort of racing of boats)

We had a fabulous stay at Golden Rod villa!! Felt secure and safe. Very clean villa, clean linnen and towels. Pleasure just walking into the villa. Mrs. Nemdharry and family were great hosts to us and helped us if we had any queries. eg. internet. Already recommended Golden Rod villa to friends. Really is a great place for a family vacation. |
