The Kyrenia District
Kyrenia - With its 6,000 year long history, unique remains of countless civilisations, miles of natural beaches, calm sea, and mild climate is an idyllic Mediterranean town.
With the backdrop of the jagged mountains behind and the calm sparkling sea in front, the harbour has an intoxicatingly serene atmosphere. Kyrenia is an easy place to while away any time of the day... exploring shops, markets and local cafés in late morning, strolling in the narrow cobbled alleys behind the harbour in the afternoon, or stepping out for a brisk walk along the promenade and sea wall in the evening.
As the sun sets, Kyrenia harbour again becomes the focus of activity as the locals take their evening stroll and the cafés and bistros that face the sea prepare for their nightly trade. Crisp white linen and small vases of local flowers are lovingly arranged on tabletops to welcome the evening's guests to wine and dine in the cooling breeze.
The promenade has been turned into a pedestrian zone, and chic pavement cafes and restaurants conceal their kitchens behind elegant Venetian façades. Memorable evenings can be enjoyed in the restaurants and cafes, with the candlelight reflecting softly on the water and the gentle strumming of guitar music wafting out across the harbour.
Bellapais area
Bellapais - This historic village is set approximately 3 miles east of Kyrenia in an elevated position with wonderful views to Kyrenia and the coast. The village is dominated by the Bellapais Abbey which was originally founded in the 12th century by monks of the Augustinian order and is the most impressive Gothic building in Cyprus. The Abbey is situated on a natural terrace overlooking the village of Ozankoy with a good selection of restaurants offering local and international cuisine.

Further details indoors: Ground Floor - An open plan ground floor offers excellent space which includes a fully equiped kitchen, dining area, lounge and shower room. There are two patio doors leading to the rear of the property offering views of the coast.
First floor - Three bedrooms with master bedroom having king size bed, his/hers walk in closets, ensuite shower room and large terrace. Bedroom two has twin beds with built in wardrobes and private terrace. Bedroom three has twin beds and built in wardrobes. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Further details outdoors: Front - The villa has a private driveway with gates with gardens to the front and both sides.
Rear - To the rear is a raised external dining area with table and chairs for 8 people which overlooks the infinity style private 10 x 5 swimming pool which has a child's splash area. To the side is a large sun terrace with built in BBQ and there is a lower garden below the pool. From any area at the rear you have unobstructed views across Kyrenia and the coast.

Beautifully presented villa which provides ideal accommodation for one or two families. Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac but within easy access of Kyrenia and the old harbour.
The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to guest arrival with beds made up with fresh linen. Bookings of two weeks receive a maid service to change bed linen after one week.
We provide a welcome pack for every booking. This can vary slightly but generally consists of water, milk, bread, tea, coffee, sugar, 1 bottle of beer per adult, 1 bottle of wine, fruit juice, butter, cheese, fresh fruit, lemonade, etc.
Conditions
Payment terms - 25% upon reservation with the balance plus a £150 breakage deposit to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
