The apartment is in the very heart of town so all facilities are within walking distance. There is a sporting club with a pool and tennis courts just 10mins away. It is also possible to swim in the lake.There is a perfect spot about 2km away. Electric bikes can be hired

As we have other apartments a discount will be given to group bookings .If more than 1 apartment is booked out
like big groups of friends coming over on holiday together for maybe a special occasion eg A wedding in Bellagio thats' sure to be something memorable.
The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region
Bellagio is a beautiful piece of nature that has been saved from the chaotic modern world.Known as the 'Pearl of the Lake' because of it's position in the centre of the lake surrounded by natures magnificent beautiful scenery. Botanic gardens and villas like Villa Carlotta or Barbianello can be visited . Ferry boat trips or private taxi boats for views of the splenders from the water front view piont.
The Bellagio area
Local dishes like polenta (toc ) and missultin( sun dried fish) , taleggio cheese , pizzocheri( whole wheat pasta dishes) and the lake fish served with risotto can eaten watching the sunset over the mountains with a bottle of good Italian wine. As well as home made pasta dishes there is pizza and gelato.

Arriving from Malpensa airport there is a shuttle bus that brings you to bellagio. Bookings are necessary www.flytolake.com
From Orio ,Bergamo airport there is a bus from Bergamo to Lecco then a train to Varenna and a 15min ferry trip to Bellagio
Cars can be hired here in Bellagio or Milano or Lecco but is not necessary as parking in Bellagio is difficult and there are ferries to get you across the lake.Bellagio has many stairways so a car is not realy of use unless you need to get up into the mountains. We are in the very heart of town so its easy on foot to all facilities.

My wife and I are senior citizens. We traveled from Boston (USA) to Italy for our annual visit with our son, his wife and our two teenage grandchildren. He is career military, and has been stationed north of Venice for three years. We rented our Bellagio apartment from Maria Lima, a wonderful, outgoing women who is extremely accomodating and eager to please. The apartmernt was very comfortable for the six of us, and the location was ideal for our travels. We made use of the grocer downstairs and the wine shop, and prepared many of our meals at the apartment... plenty of pots/pans/dishes to prepare most anything. We visited the cafe across the street every day for our morning coffee and pastries. An easy stroll to the ferry, which is a great way to tour the lake and the various lakeside towns. We also took the ferry to Como, where we boarded a train and visited Lugano, Switzerland for only 6 euro each. I highly recommend this rental. If you plan to visit Lake Como, stay here in Bellagio... it's the prettiest location on the lake. Response: Thank you for this great review. It was a pleasure to meet you all. We had a lovely time. Our little boy of 2 felt at home and we were able to realx while he kept to his routine. Maria was a great host. Very helpful bust mostly very kind and friendly.
