“Coeur de Ville” is favourably situated in the first floor of a bigger house into the historical centre of Bellagio, a traffic restricted area which makes “Coeur de Ville” the ideal location for all those Guests who require a central but quiet accommodation.
Peculiar in “Coeur de Ville” is its double entrance, which allows this location on the one hand to be rented as a 1Bedroom Apartment (mq. 40 /SqFt 430,50) as well as a separate Studio (mq. 30/ SqFt 323). On the other hand, Apartment and Studio can be easily joint into a one single Apartment taking the whole floor (mq. 70/ SqFt.753,50) if you're in for more space and privacy.

Bellagio area

Further details outdoors: "Coeur de Ville" is located in the historical centre of Bellagio Lake Como, which is the part of town that Tourists love most. However very lively, Bellagio historical centre is a traffic limited zone. It is advisable to get to Bellagio by bus or ferry, as the Apartment is whithin walking distance from most sightseeing places and facilities. If you will be driving, though, when checking in and to download all luggage it is possible to enter the town centre by car as well. Later on, it is advisable to park in one of the parking spaces which are to be found just outside the historical centre. There are both free and not free parking areas. Even though you come to Bellagio by car, there's nothing to be worried about, as Elena & Valeria, the owners of "Coeur de Ville" will welcome you upon arrival and follow you during both check in and parking.

Conditions
It is a quiet location on the first floor of a private building: sorry, no lift!
Children are accepted but property is not suitable for children under 10. Children under 3 are accepted with a cot (£ 30 per week). Children above 3 are considered as adult Guests.
Prices include: VAT taxes; electricity, winter heating and hot water fees; linen, towels, table clothes upon arrival; final cleaning.
To secure booking a deposit is required. Deposit applies to first and last night of reservation. 30 days cancellation notice requested for refund of deposit. Upon arrival a refundable breakages deposit of the equivalent of 1 night stay is required - To be refunded upon departure subject to satisfactory property inspection.
