Sleeping up to 8 guests, with other apartments ranging from 2-6 staying, the accommodation is the ideal locataion for families or large groups looking to experience Bellagio and all the magic of this much heralded location in the centre of Lake Como.
The beauty of this apartment is it's location. Just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio for cafe culture, lake views, cobbled hillside walks, the silk, leather and art shops yet situated in a quiet neighbourhood away from the tourist thong. Hence you can relax in the garden, take a swim in the lake or enjoy the space of your own place in the sun or enter into the buzz of the centre of Bellagio to suit yourself!
The ferry from Bellagio easily accesses all parts of the lake from Menaggio and Varenna or take the car ferry and visit the majestic gardens of Villa Carlotta, drive to San Moritz, visit Como city, George Clooney's villa or take the train to Milan, Monza (for formula one) or the football at the San Siro (AC and Inter Milan) all within striking distance! However most guests prefer to curl up in their garden, enjoy a glass of chilled prosecco or two or cook up a feast in their fully equipped kitchen!
The local fruit and veg shops, markets all sell fresh, local produce whilst the local trattorias server up northern italian cuisine that would grace any italian kitchen!

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area

Bellagio, Bellagio. What more could be written about Bellagio that hasn't already been scribed in print. The picture perfect "chocolate box" village known as the "Jewel of Lake Como!" One look and it is easy to see why.
Perched in the centre of the Lake, Bellagio enjoys unparallelled lake view, picturesque cobbled steets, cafe cuture, lakeside eateries par excellence and boutiques awash with silk, leather and oil paintings. Apt for a place often compared to an oil painting.
The lake itself offers a mild climate in Spring and Autumn with the hot summers somewhat cooled by the gentle breeze whipped up from the lake.
Garden and Villa strolls, long lazy lunches, swimming, relaxing on the beach, exploring monasteries, churches,
mountain walks or shopping are all a possibility here. Hop on the ferry to Menaggio or Varenna for more picture perfect lake side living. Hire a boat and explore the lake at your leisure. Discover Clooney's or Versace's villa, visit the island for lunch or take a trip to San Moritz in Switzerland.
Milan, Como city, Formula 1 Monza Grand Prix (September) and Ac & Inter Milan are all within striking distance.
However, visitors beware, be it the food, culture, scenery or shopping Lake Como renews and revitalises like nothing else. One visit is never enough.

The local park is well worth a stroll whilst the 360 degree views from the top of Bellagio are not be missed!
The cafe culture in Bellagio just can't but help you relax and watch the world (and people) go by.
Visit the silk, art, leather and ornament boutiqiues that accompany the narrow hill side village walkways.
Bellagio is the perfect place to relax as the local beach is close to the apartment or take to the waters with the frequent ferries to Menaggio and view Bellagio from the other side of the lake and see it from a different dimension. Varenna close by is another must as are the Villa's of Carlotta with it's acres of gardens or Balbianello where the latest 007 Bond movie Casino Royale was filmed (2006)

3 bedrooms all with ample wardrobe space, 2 twins and 1 double plus a futher sofabed in the lounge meaning up to 8 guests can all stay here. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons including dish washer whilst the accommodation also includes air conditioning and internet access. Tv with Satellite programmes (bbc & cnn)
The living room features comfortable sofa's and a large dining table as well as a fireplace.
2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and separate shower and w/c and another with shower and w/c.
Cot and high chair available on request.
The house also includes a dryer,washing machine and an ice making machine!
