A stunning lake side Villa!

Maryland lake side villa delivers wonderful views and a chance to sample life in a typical Italian village. The living room, the kitchen, the furnished patio and the garden enjoy this non stop view. The villa is located in Lezzeno at 10 minutes driving to Bellagio. Two out of the 4 bedrooms have got screened windows and lake view. The villa offer the ideal setting in a peaceful surroundings. A small beach is situated just outside the accommodation. The accommodation consist of 2 fully equipped kitchens one situated in the basement and one on the first floor. A spacious living room with fire place a big sofa and an extra sofa bed, a dining room, 4 bedrooms ( 3 double 1 twin) four bathrooms, 2 balconies. All the bedrooms has got Air con and WI-FI.

Outside guests can fully enjoy a sunny lake view garden mainly laid to lawn with an alfresco dining table with parasol and sun loungers ideal for daytime relaxation.

A sunny shingle beach can be accessed at two steps from the villa and provides a lovely spot for lake swimming and sunbathing.
From the property guests can enjoy exploring the charming and lovely ancient village of Lezzeno with its stunning lake front position and beach. The village is also just a 12 minute drive from the famous beautiful and bustling resort town of Bellagio which boasts a wide choice of amenities including cafes, bars, a choice of restaurants and tourist boutique shops selling local handcrafts, jewellery and fine designer clothes and accessories.

Villa Melzi with its glorious lakefront gardens can also be visited in Bellagio and a car and passenger ferry service operates between the golden triangle towns to Varenna and Menaggio.

Visitors can walk up the charming sloping cobbled streets which offer boutique clothes shops, exquisite antique and modern day jewellery shops, gift shops and delicious ice cream parlours.

The town enjoys an ancient history and visitors can visit the elegant churches as well as the famous Villa Melzi gardens. For fun days out the hillside of Bellagio offers a wide variety of sports activities including cycling, paragliding, horse riding, quad biking, hiking and tree top climbing.

A frequent car and passenger ferry service also operates from the town to the pretty resort towns of Varenna, Cadenabbia and Menaggio which are also well worth exploring!
