The cottage comes with access to the newly built tennis court in nearby Dukesfield.

Access from the main door leads you through a bright and airy conservatory into a homely cottage kitchen, well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a spot of home cooking or baking.

A cosy living room with original feature, open fireplace leads off from the kitchen and offers a stunning view of the garden.

Through the sitting room is a hallway with access to a twin bedroom, master bedroom and family bathroom with shower over bath.

The twin bedroom is comprised of a dresser, wooden wardrobe and two comfortable single beds, each with its own bedside table and lamp.

The tastefully decorated master bedroom sits beside the twin bedroom and features two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, dressing table and delightful views of the garden.

The cottage is situated near to Waren Burn, only half a mile in land from the Budle Bay bird sanctuary and two and half miles from Bamburgh. There is a wonderful selection of golf courses within 10 miles of the cottage and the A1 is within easy reach making Spindlestone Cottage an ideal base for exploring Northumberland and the Scottish Border country.
