"Great Apartment in Great Location"
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the apartment during August of 2013. If you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment in a great location with all basic needs available within walking distance, this is the place for you. The studio apartment has a quaint room with a futon (doubling as couch and bed), a table, dresser, and a kitchenette. The private bathroom is spacious and clean. The room can get a bit tight after putting down the futon into the bed, but there is ample room for one person to live. This is a perfect location for anybody based at Queens University, and is only a 15 minute walk from City Centre. A bus stop with lines going towards city center is right down the street. Supermarkets, ATM machines, parks, and cafes all within 5 minute walking distance. In addition, the landlord is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would recommend this apartment to a friend.
