Stylish, modern apartment set just outside central Belfast at the edge of the River Lagan with secure underground parking. The five Apartment blocks were given a nautical theme to reflect Belfast's rich maritime history and the Hull Building was constructed in 2009.

Belfast City Centre and City Aiport are within 5 and 10 minutes drive respectively with the former a 25 minute walk. Queens University is also a 20 minute stroll through the nearby beautiful Belfast Botanical Gardens where the Ulster Museum is also located. Easy access to motorway and all major Northern Ireland road networks.
