This stylish 1 bedroom apartment is finished to an extremely high standard and boasts all mod cons including an allocated free parking space and a computer terminal with a free wifi (wireless internet.)

Beautiful marble tiles adorn the floors throughout, while sleek white walls radiate an abundance of natural light, giving the apartment a bright, spacious and distinctly modern feel.

Delightful design touches like the porthole window, the breakfast bar, and the designer lounge chair really add character, while the photograph portraits of local Belfast landmarks further emphasize the individuality of this unique apartment. The tasteful decoration is carried through to the bedroom, which is equipped with a double bed, a TV with a DVD player (including a DVD library) and an en suite bathroom.

The apartment is in a prime location just off the Dublin Road, home to great bars such as Filthy McNastys, celebrated restaurants such as Deane's and James St South and popular recreation hang-outs such as the Movie House cinema, featuring all the latest offerings from Hollywood.

If your film preference is a little more avant-garde why not try the Queens Film Theatre just a short walking distance away, opposite the world famous Queens University. For the best musical entertainment in Belfast go to the Empire Bar on Botanic avenue, only a five minute walk, or venture into the town centre to the trendy bars and stylish restaurants of the cobble-stoned Cathedral Quarter. Just an hour's drive will bring you to the Mourne Mountains, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The Giant's Causeway, one of the natural wonders of the world is only 2 hours away, and Dublin is less than 3 hours by bus or train.

"GREAT! Nicest hosts ever, spotlessly clean, and we walked everywhere comfortably"

Had a great stay. Hosts greeted us and talked us through everything we needed and suggested things for us to do and how to do them the best way. Spotless. Perfect size apartment for a couple. It's pretty compact in bedroom, just a bit of shuffling around the bed to be done in terms of the cupboard if the two of you are getting ready together but thats a minor negative. We will definitely go again if we go to belfast again.

Thanks for this lovely review Ronan. We're so glad that you and Ruth enjoyed your trip up to Belfast from Dublin and with it being only a couple of hours away we're hoping to see you both again.

I'm so sorry you felt 'Value' was low as to mark us down significantly here Fiona.

When you first stayed with us in 2011 the weekly rate was £370 which equated to only £50 per night (£60 for a weekend night) for a city centre apartment.

Our overheads are perhaps much higher than you might imagine and a significant amount of investment was since made allowing us to increase the comfort and grading by the N.Ireland Tourist Board from 3* to 4*.

Thankfully this did not put you off and you have stayed with us a number of times since.

Thanks for this wonderful review David! We're hoping you will have more time to enjoy the city and do some sightseeing rather than having to work so much, but it's good you got to see around a bit. The USA isn't so far, so no excuse for not coming back again soon :-)

"Fantastic apartment in central location"

The one bedroom apartment is superb with all home comforts and more. The owners Stephen and Jane are so helpful and give lots excellent information about Belfast and beyond, they can also get discounts on trips and the titanic museum.
If we come to Belfast again we would not stay anywhere else, it was like having mum and dad on hand to help with anything!!!
A definate must is 'Fibber Magees' irish pub, live music most nights, also the crown pub and the crown dining rooms.

Thanks Carol, I look forward to seeing you and John in Belfast again.
