"highly recommended"

Much better option than bringing the kids to an hotel. Property family-friendly and cosy. Had all kitchen amenities and small sunny garden. Very close to several bus routes and small supermarket at the top of the main road. Around 10 minutes drive to city centre and easy on street parking. Appreciated quiet residential area. Slept like a log!

"First time in Belfast and will definetly be coming back!"

Came across this property whilst scattering across the web looking for affordable accommodation close to the city centre for our first time in Belfast. Thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend this cosy home to any family looking for the same holiday requirements as ours.

Wasn't disappointed upon arrival, extremely friendly neighbours also which added to our pleasant stay. Most underrated city in the UK. If you haven't visited Belfast yet do it!

"Beautiful and cosy victorian house with all amenities supplied"

Me and my partner were charmed by the pictures of this house and though we were only two, the price was such good value for money we rented the whole house for a week.
Beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard, lovely area at the foot of the Cavehill and great transport services into Belfast city centre. Would highly recommend this house for couples, groups of friends or families- much better value for money than a hotel!

I have decided to refrain from further responding to these guests. I think the exagerrated nature and tone of the claims speak volumes about the authors. Kindly check other reviews particularly those from fully satisfied guests who stayed after this party.

This guest refused to discuss her complaints by 'phone. Nevertheless, I have since got a new cleaning lady. This guest departed with the keys after throwing bedding on the floor and kicking over and breaking shoe rack in the hall. She appeared in a very stressed state upon arrival. After two requests the keys were finally returned. This review is inaccurate and exagerrated. Previous reviews have highlighted the cleanliness of the property.
