When RMS Titanic sailed away on her maiden voyage on April 10th, 1912, she was hailed as 'the new wonder of the world'. A remarkable feat of engineering, she was the largest and most luxuriously appointed ship ever seen and, despite her tragic sinking five days later, she remains a source of enduring pride in the city where she was built - Belfast.

Thank you for your review. We try our best to meet our guests on their arrival at the apartment to address access, WiFi, heating, amenities and any other question they may have. Unfortunately this is not always possible, as was the case with your arrival. However as you say I was available on the phone throughout your stay to help with these questions and can only apologise for not being available in person. The furniture and beds along with other furnishings in the apartment are in the process of being replaced within the next 2 weeks, it is unfortunate timing that this was not done before you arrived.
We do appreciate feedback and constructive comments from all guests as this gives us the opportunity to improve our business and provide a better service in the future.

"Central, comfortable, spacious, hassle free, perfect!"
First stayed here four years ago, and had a great time. My friends and I traveled up to stay again in June 2012. We had a great time in Belfast, and as before, our stay in Somerset Studios was perfect. It is well equipped, comfortable and spacious; very central, and dealing with the owners was, as last time, completely straightforward and hassle free. The rate was also extremely good value for a group. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
