"Lovely house"

No 11 is a fantastic property in a lovely area of Belfast.
Christine was helpful, friendly and a great source of info on the local area.
The house was clean, tidy and well equipped for a comfortable stay - home from home.
Would love to visit Belfast again and No 11 would be my first choice for accommodation.

"Can't wait to go back one day!"

We stayed 2 nights here but next time we will stay longer since it was the perfect location with some great restaurants nearby. Christine was very friendly and helpful and we only wish we had more time to chat with her. There were 6 of us and the townhouse was well-equipped with everything! It was nice to come home at the end of the day and relax in the quiet neighbourhood. The Titanic Museum was easy to drive to and well worth the visit! We also had an informative tour of City Hall and a nice walk around the downtown. Would definitely go back to Belfast and stay here again. Thanks Christine for everything!

"Very Comfortable Self Catering in Belfast"

We were a group of six in Belfast for a weekend getaway. We found No. 11 very convenient and comfortable. The owners were very friendly, hospitable and gave a good personal and personable service. The house was immaculately clean, had good quality linens and was fully kitted out with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.

"High Standard Accommodation"

Our family stayed here for our daughter's wedding. It is a beautiful house maintained to a high standard. It is great for a stay in Belfast or for touring N. Ireland. Convenient for buses into the centre but also just about a mile from the main motorway norh and south. It has its own parking right outside door, so again very convenient. The house itself has everything you would need for a very comfortable stay.
Traffic noise from main road at back could disturb light sleepers in the morning. However the cul-de-sac at the front is very quiet and safe for children.

"a fabulous place to stay"

This three storey town house provides excellent, well equipped accommodation. The location is ideal being a short car drive into the city. Christine, the owner, is very helpful and will even pick up groceries for your arrival to make things easier for you. I can really recommend this as a place to stay

"A great house to host a 'Groom's' family!"

We stayed here for a week around our son's wedding at St Bartholomew's and Queens. It was home from home. Everything we needed to be hospitable and to relax. Very comfortable and well appointed, plenty of hot water. The location was perfect to connect with guests staying in hotels and for restaurants and shops. A great spot for a city break!

"Perfect Location"

My husband and I, along with our two teenage daughters stayed at the Townhouse during Easter break (on a trip 'home' from the USA). It was the perfect location for us, as we wanted to be close to the Lisburn Road and friends; it's also an easy bus ride into the city centre.
The house is well appointed, rooms are spacious and everything is very clean; Christine kindly bought us some groceries for our arrival and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials (tea, coffee, seasonings etc.,); would definitely book again for our next trip to Ireland!
