Christine is really caring about her guests! On our request she arranged groceries since we had a late arrival. The house self is perfect. 3 floors: livingroom and kitchen on 1st floor, masterbedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower) and separate bathroom (shower and bath) on the second floor and 2 nice bedrooms on the third floor. All very clean! Everything you can wish for is available... from hairdryers to an iron. But we found also household plastic, salt, pepper and sugar in the kitchen... stuff that you normally have to buy, even for a couple of days...It was very comfortable that it was there! Beside that there is a very accurate map with all kinds of explanation about heating, the fireplace, things to do in Belfast etcetera...
We stayed 3 nights with 3 girlriends in the house, visiting Belfast and surrounding areas. The house has it's own parking place for a car, is close to the busstation but is just a little bit to far for walking to the city centre. Taxi costs about 7 to 8 pounds.
I would definitely go back. This is great value for money!

“Lovely cosy house, home from home!”
Brilliant house, had everything we needed, and was lovely and cosy which was lucky considering it rained the whole time! Was a lovely place to come back to after working in the city centre. The bus into the city was very handy. Lovely area.

“Lovely and friendly stay at Number 11”

We rented this house for a week. We phoned the owner on our arrival in Belfast, and we were met at the house as arranged. The owner was very welcoming and gave us a thorough tour of the house and information about its operation. There was plenty of tourist information together with details of how to get around Belfast. The house was very well equipped and decorated to a high standard. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of towels and additional blankets, however, we did not need them as the house was soon very warm and cosy inspite of the very chilly weather. Our only problem was the noise from the road which is very busy. If you are not use to sleeping with a busy road right outside, it is advisable to use wax earplugs to promote a good night's sleep. Apart the the noise, which is intrusive, the house is great.
Response: Many thanks for your kind and constructive comments.I am sorry that traffic noise was intrusive but I would like to assure visitors that the property is double-glazed throughout which mitigates any noise considerably.

“RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE”
We had a very nice time staying at number 11. It was very comfortable, clean, warm and provided everything you needed. With the bus stop so close by it was very easy to get in to town and back. Have already booked to go back next year.

“Exquisite...simply brilliant!!”
Number 11 Townhouse is simply wonderful. The accommodation location is excellent for those who want to be close to the vibrant city centre yet away from it's hustle and bustle. Nearby the Lisburn Road houses some of the best eateries available in Belfast. The accommodation is superb...it's clean and extremely comfortable, tastefully decorated throughout. Number 11 Townhouse offers 3 excellent sized bedrooms, a really comfortable living room, and practical kitchen area. Will I be back...most definately!!! Thank you Christine.

“We had a fantastic time!”
Christine was extremely helpful both beforehand and upon arrival. The house is well equipped and comfortable and was the perfect home from home. We were celebrating my 50th birthday and the house was an ideal base to explore the wonderful city of Belfast. We had a fantastic time and this was in no small part down to having such a relaxing place to stay.

We hired Number 11 Malone Manor for my family to stay in for 1 week in July. I got married in Belfast and needed a spacious, centrally located house, which we could both stay in for the week and get ready in on the morning of the wedding. The house was exactly as it appears on the website - clean, spacious, well equipped, tastefully decorated, with parking and in a good location. Christine was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. It certainly added to what was a perfect week! We would not hesitate to stay again.

“First class in all respects.”
I stayed in Number11 earlier this month with my family and it was just perfect. We were staying in Belfast to attend a wedding and since there were 6 of us it was much more economical to rent a whole house. On arrival we were a bit apprehensive as the exterior of the house is uninspiring but as soon as got inside we knew we had found a gem. It was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and extremely comfortable - though it wasn't till we went to bed that we realised we staying somewhere really special. The beds and the linen were wonderful -what luxury!! It is such a pleasant change to find that a good night's sleep is catered for. I just want to say a big thank you to Christine, the owner. She welcomed us very warmly and was helpful in every way....and her attention to detail is what lifts this house to first class status.

“Great place, great location.!!!”
Hi stayed here in July and would stay again. Great location about 10 mins in car from centre of Belfast. Car parking excellent . The town house was clean and little extras like coffee and tea little extras when arrived. Very quiet family location . Ideal stay for couples and groups. Hoping to go back with my girlfriends next year. xxx
This apartment was in a great location for us as we had a family wedding at Malone House which is nearby. It is in a central area with great shopping nearby, and easy access to bus travel to the city nearby. The house was clean and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Christine was extremely helpful and friendly which always enhances a visit to any city. Only negative was road noise which could be fixed with window glazing. Great for our group, but not suitable for disabilities/older people with stairs.
Response: I am sorry you found the property a bit noisy but I need to clarify to customers that the property has effective double glazing throughout.

“Great weekend in Belfast - fantastic well equipped house!”
The town house rented from Christine was in a fantastic location, close to all amenities and the service offered by Christine was second to none.
We arrived quite late on the Thurs evening yet Christine was still available to greet us - house was already warm and she had bought some provisions for us (despite the fact we had declined her kind offer to do some shopping).
The house itself was really well furnished and presented - 3 large bedrooms and 2 lovely modern bathrooms. The kitchen was small but generously equipped - it even had 2 frying pans so we could have the famous ulster fry for 6 people!
We would definitely recommend this to any potential visitors to Belfast.

“Required additional accommodation for a family wedding”
We were over in Belfast for our oldest sons wedding, so to keep things simpler and allow people more space prior to the big day, we decided to book additional accommodation as close as possible to all the venues. The grooms side of the family were mainly travelling from either Scotland or Northern England. The immediate family required a place where things could just be left when the wedding day arrived, and a place to chill out and relax after sorting out last minute arrangements. We chose No 11 Townhouse from the internet, which is situated at the junction of the Malone Road and Balmoral Road, ideal for accessing the main roads to our venues. We travelled prior to the Saturday Wedding on the Wednesday, coming over on the Ferry with the car. When we arrived at out pre-arranged time, we meet with the owner of the property, Christine Jolly who showed us around the property, which is on 3 floors. The ground floor has a very spacious sitting lounge area, fully furnished with tasteful and comfortable furniture and a television, a fully fitted kitchen, a small utility room all entered off a small circulation hall area where you enter from the outside through an outer and inner main door having travelled through a small glazed porch entrance. The first floor accomodation comprises of a master on- suite double bedroom, and a bathroom. The second floor has a double bedroom and single bedroom. All rooms were clean, well decorated and comfortable, the bedrooms with good quality beds and bedding and the bathroom had both a bath and shower bath and was well provided with towels ect. The kitchen has all appliances required and the utility room housed a tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The property also has its own parking space and there are other visitor spaces in and around the cul-de-sac. The property is well provided for with natural light and if there is one critisism it is that the 2 main roads can produce quite a bit of noise at busy times, early morning rush hour and again at night and on in to the early evening. The double glazing throughout copes with this but if you like some windows open, especially in the summer it could give some aggrevation. Other than that we were very happy with the accommodation and the owner was very pleasant, accommodating and explained all things to us very well. The wedding went very well and the whole occasion will leave us with some lovely treasured memories for a long time. Thank you to all who made it so.
