"It was so nice we would love to move in."
Driving up to the house, we could tell we had chosen the perfect location. Just a short walk to the 'open all day' food shops, bus stops, university and museum, and a short bus hop into the city centre. The hostess greeted us at the door, and nothing seemed too much trouble.
This house is high spec, and fully equipped for all eventualities. We would love to move in full time. Thank you to the owners for making it the perfect home from home.

"Lovely townhouse in attractive location"
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and we had an enjoyable stay here for four nights. The house is light and airy, nicely decorated and very well equipped.

"Delighted to recommend this house"
We hired the Windsor Townhouse for my family (six adults, one infant) to stay during a family wedding, and it was the perfect place. The house is kept very clean and comfortably, and Lesley did everything she could to accommodate my nephew (aged 1). There were gates on the stairs, a high chair and a travel cot for him, which made the whole stay much easier for the out of town guests.
The house has everything you could need for a short or long stay in Belfast. There is parking at the house, and it is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood near Queen's University.
Lesley was incredibly easy to work with, and I would definitely recommend this house to families looking for a pleasant and comfortable place.

"Such a beautiful house - made our stay such a pleasure!"
This is absolute 5* accommodation! The decor or the house is just stunning and so comfortable, with 2 large double rooms and 2 single rooms and really open, spacious communal areas downstairs!! Lesley was so helpful and accommodating! Would definitely stay again xx
Thank you for your review. It was a pleasure having you and the other members of the cast from the Grand Opera House, Belfast, to stay during your tour. We would love to see you again when you next visit the city.

"Beautiful House in an excellent location"
the house was perfect for our group of 6 people. The rooms were comfortable, the house was warm and inviting and the location in Belfast was great. Just a very short taxi ride into the city centre. The owner was pleasant and arrived at the house to let us in promptly. We have absolutely no complaints to make and would encourage people to stay here.

"Warm, welcome, comfortable."
We spent a wonderful weekend in this warm and comfortable house. There's a lovely big living room with fireplace and a dining area for family meals. The bedrooms are cosy, there's loads of storage, hairdryers and even a huge range of books.
The kitchen has all the comforts of home (and more): excellent cooking facilities and everything you need if you want to cook at home. If you don't, it was just a 5 minute walk to the Lisburn road where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes. There's even a lovely children's playground. It was great to be so close to the centre of the city and only a short drive from the 'Titanic Experience' which we all (age 8-50+) really enjoyed.
We loved the breakfast welcome pack to get our meals started and really appreciated all the information on what to in Belfast and Northern Ireland. All in all our experience was fantastic and we'll definitely be back. Thank you!

"Perfect oasis in charming surroundings with unsurpassed hospitality."
We (family of four, plus one adult friend) passed a highly enjoyable weekend at this property which could not have been better placed, being in a small enclave off a very quiet and pretty, leafy street. Located between the Malone and Lisburn roads, we found it ideal for easy access to shops, cafes, the park/playground, Queens University etc and is just a very short hop to the city centre. The property itself is very well appointed, with no evidence of the slightly rough-around-the-edges appearance that other self-catering properties sometimes have. It has clearly been upgraded to a high standard. As well as the overall presentation, the owners seem to have thought of everything in the way of helpful facilities and items, from kitchen equipment to hairdryers and shoe horns! The bathroom it stylish, up-to-date and spotless with plenty of surface space on which to lay ones accoutrements. The bedrooms are very well presented and, most importantly, have extremely comfortable beds. A nice touch is that you have a choice of pillow types - firm or soft - which is very helpful, some would say vital, to a good night's sleep. I cannot remember having slept so well, such was the comfort of the beds, plus the fact that the house is in an oasis of peace and quiet. Particularly for those with sporting equipment, or just children's buggies and the like, one bonus of this property is the expansive garage which can be reached from outside and also by an internal stairs leading from the hallway of the house. Overall, this property and its owners really gave us everything we could have thought of or wished for in the way of comforts, facilities and location. We felt utterly looked after and catered for as a family with children. But it would equally suit a small party of professional people for example. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a self-catering house in a lovely part of Belfast.

"Lovely location, felt like home"
WE found the property very clean, warm and friendly. The welcome pack was very welcome and our 2 year old son loved the vast array of toys and books.
Only a short walk from the university and botanical gardens, the centre of town is an easy bus ride away.
Would happily return on our next visit

"Very comfortable townhouse in excellent location"
This townhouse is a great find located near the lisburn road with it's many boutiques and coffee shops. It is well equiped and we were given a personal welcome. The booking and communication were very easy and we were met at the property and shown around. Nothing was too much trouble - there was a welcome pack to get us through to the morning. The place was very clean. Upon leaving our deposit was returned quickly and a late check out was a welcome extra as our flught was late leaving. I am sure we will stay again.
